I had a great kundalini experience once while I was listening to some Indian flute music. I was really enjoying the music and felt joyful. I could feel the energy already on top of my head and on my hands as a cool breeze. suddenly the energy started to dance. The kundalini is situated along on your spinal cord. I felt the energy dance to the music in a swaying motion. I cried tears of bliss. Other people I was meditating with had left but I didn't notice because of the intense experience.

Thank you it's nice to hear some more possitive words on Kundalini. My awakening started a few weeks ago. Although it was the most powerfull force i have ever felt in my life as it began i did'nt fear the energy at the time. I have to say though i am up and down and all over still as yet. Some good self understanding moments feeling at one with all, then some not so good moments of discomfort or feelings of melancholy or sadness. Real rollercoaster realy. Anyway sory for going on, thanks again.
