StrongmanJoshua, I am 14, and I currently squat 370. I want to build up to 500lbs in the next year. Many of the guys at my school do "the juice", but I am clean. Any tips? They would be greatly appreciated
thanks. Yes, I know it's quite ambitious, lol I want to get my total weight for a lift-a-thon up to about 1200lbs. I've been doing "Pyramids" You know...low weight, crazy large amount of reps. Lots of protein too...but I can't seem to get past about 390 for one rep. Thanks again for the tips
I am a college student (Eckerd College) in the St. Pete/Tampa area who is a serious lifter and is interested in training and eventually competing in strongman training. I noticed you live in Tampa. Do you know of any strongman training facilities in the area? Any help would be appreciated.

Squat more, eat healthy, and don't neglect your sleep. Squatting 500lbs won't come easy for any 14-15 year old, drugs or no drugs.
