@survivalprepper1776 Both systems are tied directly to the grid to take advantage of net-metering. Since there is no battery bank, there is no controller being used. The wind generator's inverter is located in the nacelle. The solar pv array is using a fronius inverter.
The wind generator in the video is a Skystream 3.7, manufactured by Southwest WindPower. It is rated at 2.4 KW, and mounted on a 60 foot free-standing lattice tower.
