I have a rem 22/250 sps with the 26" bull barrel and i have shot many coyotes at over 300 yards with 50 to 55 grn v-max by hornady check out my videos.

I love the .22-250 round. It is super accurate. Almost impossible to not find a good handload for it.

Im assuming that the scope is a leupold competition series 35x fixed, how do like it. Any pros and cons and why not the 40x or 45x

Everyhitng is a pro accept the price. the 40 and 45 are more expensive and I don't shoot far enough for that.

22-250 is a little too pricey to use as a target rifle (not to mention the fact that those rounds are not particularly kind to the rifling).

@TargetGuy2245 whhhhaaattttttt? 22-250 is cheaper than a 308 (Most common target round), also WAYYY cheaper than the 338LPM or 300WM. 22-250 is around 15-17 bucks for a box of 20, cheaper if on sale... That's piss cheap :) My 338WM I use for target runs about 75 dollars a box for 20 rd.
