Just a question but does the Keeper/Goalie in floorball have to stay on his knees at all times? The version I play in phys-ed in Canada is like a mix of floorball and ice hockey (goalies have ice hockey gloves/pads) and i'm allowed to stand up to make saves.
@TheSableCamus No you dont have to, you can stand but when its incoming, its recommended to kneel at that point, this way you have change to prevent land shots which are most annoying in this sports, and those ones come ultra fast and can change direction very fast also, when you kneel, you might have change to block the so called pouncing ball from other players bat. I was goalkeeper in this sport at younger age, and all i can say, it was worth it, many ghostly saves back then :)

You just need to accept that Finland is MUCH better now. 9-2 and 6-2...It was so funny to see how svergie fans were first very loud, but then they realised that Finland is going to win the championship. Almost all svergie fans left the building very quietly 5 minutes before the end. =DDDDD

Maybe we are more excited from floorball now, but you still play it a lot I know. And you are still biggest (not the greatest) floorball country in the world... so ;D

That Tero Tiitu's goal really changed the course. Finland is much better now and the days of Sweden's success are completely over. Floorball is growing very fast and it's nice to live in Finland because we are really the greatest national team now.
And you LundaGrabben3 said that u dont care that Finlad is the best country in floorball. But still you are fighting there with guys from Finland who just beated you in wc final 6-2. That's jealousy my friend. FINLAND OWNED YOU!

@jakubpetricek Most elite teams have majority of foreign players. Sometimes there´s not one Italian in Inter Milan team or an Englishman in Arsenal. I remember times when IFK Goteborg,Steaua,Sparta Praha could do well in EuroCups.Today?Not even Ajax can keep up with the rich. I would like to see Danish, Swedish, Czech or Croatian clubs compete with Spanish/Italian/English...it´s called Champions League, yet champions of good fotballing nations can only watch 4th team of La Liga playing it

Sorry, we are not from other planet and some we were in Sweden! Just Finland now is better! They also started to play a lot as in Sweden, that is why Swedish ''domination'' as you said stopped!

@LundaGrabben3 Buddy, I was in Stocholm and Upsala University and everyone was going to play floorball. Sweden has even of the 2 biggest leagues worldwidely in Floorball. Maybe the floorball is not so famous like other sports worldwidely, but for sure it is not unfamous in Sweden!!!!

SO yes youre right floorball is played by many here , i think it is about 100 000 registered players here but thats nothing compared to football were sweden have about 1 million registered players.. so thats what i meant, finland may be superiour in this sport but not in the worldwidely sports..sad but true
