At 1:52 you missed two secret boxes in that hidden area. They're above your head on the right hand side and you have to jump from the ledge and press the button that allows you to bounce in mid-air for them to appear :)
The Megadrive version is an all time classic. Before Sonic, in my opinion it WAS the best platformer on the console.
Never played the Master system version but it does look good. I did play another Mickey mouse game on the Master System, can;t remember what it was though.
Dont know of any other MS ones but there was a load of Disney games released so there could more. The MS one is the better version for gameplay so I'd highly recommend you grab a copy if you can.
For some of the later levels in the MS version it's quite handy to be able to throw objects and I suspect it meant the game received a lot more time in level development because of it. The MD one is stunning to look at but on playability the MS wins everytime.
Interesting comparison... I was familiar with the Megadrive version (a friend of mine had it) but the Master System seems to do itself proud with its conversion. I wonder why they chose a different method of attack for the MS version (the way you picked up the rocks and things to throw is very Mario 2).

After a quick search it seems that it was LAND of illusion. That was good too.
