@CYNDAQUILx - That is part of the lure in a way, of nature ice as well. There you are, standing (or skating) on what is normally liquid water, cruising through your neighborhood! Also, the weather forecast gives you advice and we cut a small hole in the ice to measure if it is thick enough, etc. But when you here a crack, wow, that gets your blood running!

Thanks Shelly, in any event, for me it was- the very nature of ice itself is so amazing, yet alone to be able to skate on it!
