No one would sit up and take notice if anyone else led a lap at a Nationwide event if they were a male, but since it was her it was more noteworthy. Either way I think in IRL she certainly has, in terms of NASCAR she still has a long ways to go.

I have to agree with @texaschiliguy, the attractiveness of female drivers does way in on their popularity. It means nothing when it comes to talent but is a fact of life. I appreciate both JJC and Danika for what they have accomplished in the sport, but until JJC gets the financial support that Danica has they can't be compared.

Also, we need to get @kaitlynvincie an HD camera so your videos look as professional as they sound.

so pumped we can wear shorts on pit road! i get pit passes for MIS every june and thats how i meet drivers and sometimes it is sooooo hot and jeans are just so uncomfortable for walking up and down pit road in that kind of heat...keep up the good work Kaitlyn! and thanks for the secret shout out lol!

People need to let Danica do what she want. JJC is no better than her just because she doesnt get a chance to pose. Whats wrong with being beautiful and an athelete? I hear so many people talk about Trevor Bayne being so hot. Just let it go. JJC needs to calm down.

Danica vs. JJC... They're both beautiful women, but I'll judge there driving ability by watching them on track. Today a driver is much more likely to even get a chance to prove their ability if they present a complete package. Like it or not, part of that package is how attractive they are. That goes for both the guys and girls.

Why don't we just treat the gals like any other driver & just wait & see what they can do? Who cares if they are male/female/black/white/green/­purple/dog/cat... in the end it will come down to driving ability... either make it or break it.

I love seeing Danica in provocative poses but I don't think it has helped her driving. It is her choice how to manage her carreer and it has gotten her a nice ride, but if my daughter wanted to be a race car driver I would hope she have Jennifer Jo Cobb as a role model instead of Danica.

I get tired of hearing people complain about Danica's personal choice of lifestyle, worse yet it always seems to come from the ones who aren't supposed to be passing judgment in the first place. It causes me to judge them the way they are judging. Makes me think they are just jealous & acting way too catty. They shouldn't judge what their god supposedly created. That being said, if people don't like seeing Danica's body, they should complain the the maker instead of taking cheap shots at her.
