True middle eastern dance is not tribal fusion. To the best of my knowledge fusion was developed in here in America, and it came from the American Tribal Style.

Try to watch e.g. egyptian and than a tribal fusion belly dance clip straight after. The most basic differences are costume, moves in tribal are more earthy and grounded, music is often very innovative, not traditional... but basic moves are taken from belly dance. Some people have an issue with it and don't consider tribal as belly dance. If you are interested in this, you can esily research it on the internet.

I dont know why are you are asking me about my opinion, but well.

Fusion is completely different from Middle Eastern Dance although it has its roots in it.

Why do some belly dancers cover their bellies? It seams, that if that is the center of their attention, they would leave it uncovered. PLease reply.

The belly usualy isn't the center of attention. I know, more for cabberet dancers. that is some parts of the world it is the law that your belly must be covered, which is were costumes with mesh on the belly came from

Belly dance is a term used to describe the art of this dance. It also goes by the name of oriental dance but I don't see her with chop sticks. The whole body is used in this dance, chest, hips not just belly. I even seen one belly dancer make her hair dance, very creative

Also, unfortunately, many women cover their bellies due to self-consciousness. Also, many people have paler ballies than the rest of their body due to them being covered in the daytime. The great thing about belly dance though is that it builds confidence.
