  • I love doing this stuff.

Thanks for the reminder... nice work!

  • i just found your video after doing some research about robert breer. this is cool, i like it a lot. I like the speed of the movements, not too quick, not too boring.

  • Yes, it could be wonderful, but you absolutely need to add sound. Also IMO it is too long; if you cut it to 1/3 you won't loose anything. On the contrary.

  • Thanks for your comment. Still working on getting sound. Hope to have it soon.

  • what kind of pen or paint did you use on the film. and how did you expose the blank film?

  • Jonathan - I used fine tipped permanent magic markers on clear film. The film was never exposed. clear film is used as leader film. I chose clear but you can certaintly used white leader film. ANy questions, please send them in! Thanks!

  • I know. The person who I've dealth with in my previous work is hgard to reach and is MIA. I need to find another person who can do this for me.

  • this needs musik!

  • No it's not that complicated. I simply drew on each clear frame using a template underneath, i.e., graph paper. I made sure that the number of squares on the graph paper were equal for each frame. Hope this helps. When you're done with your 'project' I'd like to see it!

  • I am wondering how you made this so precise... did you use some something so that you could project the previous frame on to the current frame? I am thinking of something like what Norman McClaren used...

  • this + this = DAH! haha dad

  • this - this = WOW!

  • this-this=what?

  • THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!

  • Thanks - I appreciate the comment and am happy you enjoyed it. It took me countless hours over a 3-year span to create this!

Pass this on to your fiends - I appreciate ALL feedback.

Congratulations, and pleaaaase, find someone good enough to project some sound cool enough to fit such a terrific job.

    Congrats from Rio de Janeiro!

  • Thanks - It may take some time to correct the vertical registration and add some sound so check back periodically.
