Fantastic recipe Lila thanks, The Bok Choi seems to be stewing for a long time is that really how long it needs or is it to your preference?

@andyjack33 This is just my preference. If you use the stalks you need to just cook them until they are soft, but here I like the way the bok choy gives flavor to the broth. It even turns it a bit green as well :)
