i have a not so much cheat on naruto accel 2 (i still think it works on one)though..... press L2 (or any L's when you are choosing the player . for example: Naruto when you point to him then press L2 i think or all L's and it will switch into kyuubi..... i tried this in naruto shippuden accel 2 so i dont know if it will work here....

(5/5). If it's okay can you try one with {TS-Naruto} next time? I want to see you beat someone up with him. ooh i dono like TS-Neji / TS-Rocklee. (and yes you should "up" the cpu's HP if you can kill them that fast.
I have a couple TS Naruto ones already, and I state in my channel that I don't take requests. I don't up the CPU's handicap/health becuase sometimes its AI is incredibly aggressive and nearly kills me, which is incredibly frustrating.
