no, they just test the ride slowly to break in the motors, chain and such. when the ride opens and in later tests it'll be much quicker.

actually the lift is suppose to move a lot faster and suppose ot take 6 seconds to get to the top. still has a bit of fine tuning to do before the passenger testing starts.

The Rockit bit is like Rock-It Because you get to choose what music you get to ride with atleast that is what it said last time i was there and they were building it so the Rockit bit is basically somthing to do with music. Not as in a launch or anything but i get why you thought that.

I may be wrong but the lift is supposed to be only 20 seconds long. This is in testing so they're probably going to slowly speed it up.
