Orange was also sprayed along the US-Canada border by the International Boundary Commission, I was living in far northern Vermont and was exposed to spray runoff when the feds sprayed our property line along the border in the 1970's. Documents recieved from the IBC reveal this was a common proactive all during that time period, and likely still is.
This is a disgrace - to deny health care to men and woman who have served our country. In this case, our own government poisoned this soldier. This enrages me and breaks my heart at the same time.
The process can be hard. My law firm helps vets & spouses apply for the aid & attendance pension which is the ONLY VA pension we handle. The A&A pension is designed to cover in-home care, nursing home or assisted living care. Call us if you are having problems or want information. No charge for telephone consultation. Jim Underhill, Underhill & Underhill 800-465-1266. We never charge the vet or spouse anything for filing applications. We are VA Accredited. Jim Underhill (MAJ, USAR Ret.)
I can relate to the VA denying chloracne claim, I have been trying for many years myself, but I am a Vietnam veteran, I was there in 1969, I have had sores on my face, neck and the top of my head, ever since leaving Vietnam in 1970, but I didn't know about agent orange, until 1979, the VA doctors tell my I don't have chloracne, but they not know what my sores are from, that bleed and pus come out of, although I have been given medication to help control them since 1971.
this just what the va wants they just want James and other vets too die so that this and many other claims will just go away THE VA NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT AND REVAMPED THEY SAY THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF US VETERANS BUT THEY DON'T IT IS ALL A SHAME
I was hungry but now I feel sick as hell.

When men decide and feel safe
to call the war insane,
take one moment to embrace
those gentle heroes
