Reminds me of the Berlin wall. I have a great picture of me skirting under it at Playas de Tijuana but at the endof that trip I was able to cross through customs but not many people are so fortunate. there are so many that can't cross legally and risk their lives to come make little $ to send home to their families.

Reminds me of the Berlin wall. I have a great picture of me skirting under it at Playas de Tijuana but at the endof that trip I was able to cross through customs but not many people are so fortunate. there are so many that can't cross legally and risk their lives to come make little $ to send home to their families.

The only difference is that the Berlin Wall was built by the communist regime to keep its citizens IN the country like prisoners. The US border is in place to regulate the crossing of legal citizens and visitors to the US, not to keep their own citizens prisoner as in communist East Germany back in the day. Nice try though!

Can't u guys read the sign? it's engraved in granite and clearly states "Limite De La Republica Mexico" I'm not fluent in Spanish, but I think that means that's where Mexico ends, it doesn't extend into Ca., Az., Tx.
