hey jawharp ive seen some of your rides and they're very good. but in newton do you know how to do a dive loop, when i try the track twists and and goes all weird i tried following entropy's tutorial and it didn't help PLS RESPOND!!!
Can anyone help me? When I try to click "Save Element" then "Save Element" again it comes up "There was an error saving element!" how can you fix this?
Newton 2 is a tool that lets you design coasters to be imported into NoLimits. In other words you need NoLimits if you want to ride the tracks you designed in Newton 2.
Do you use Newton to lay the foundation for the track and then tweak it once it's been imported to NoLimits or do you import it to NoLimits after it's perfect or what?
@MrGreenSting In newton2, theres to things of saving. One button, "save" is saving your project under a newton2 file. The other button, "save element" is what you need. Save it from first section to last section and also move the smoothing bar to smooth the track. Save the element where you want to put it. Launch NoLimits and click "Insert Element" and it'll pop up.
I go to the website and i go to download it but it says open or run and i dont know what to do can someone please wright down the steps to downloading it PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Ive been using this program for a while and so far all I can do is use the curved geometry...anyway you can help me out with multizone. I sorta understand it but its a tad confusing to me
ive got no limits and newton 2,but whats the difference ? you still build a roller coaster, can you explain to me how to use it, whent to use it and how please.
Hmmm, that reminds me. I need to do those "New-Guy's Guide to Newton2" tutorials I've been thinking about. Thanks for reminding me...I think I might start tomorrow if I can.
It's funny, you seem to leave the vertical radius visual fin on all the time...I find it annoying to me if I leave it on...I leave the heartline fin on. But, I'm sure it works well for you in shaping your elements. Nice video! ;)
@cartuner555 Those lines represent the G-forces. If they're above the track, that means that section of track is pulling positive G's. The higher the red fin, the more G's it represents. If the fins are under the track, then it's pulling off negative G's. And if the fins are on the sides, then it's pulling lateral G's in the direction of the fins.
@juliopbp There is a website called NoLimits-Exchange. Let me put the link in the description. It'll be there within the next few minutes. I hope that helps!
Congratulations one more time!!!! But, what's this program? Blender 3D? '-'

@TheCrimsonSabre I usually don't tweak anything in NoLimits once I've exported it from Newton 2.

I suck at turns -_- Please look at the practice I posted and tell me what I should do to improve. Especially on the last turn.
