you need some real vst's man (though i realize they are expensive). Obviously you have music ability, but the cheesy midi sounds detract quite a bit. Imo, of course.
@gali32731 first I listen to the song to understand what instrument plays what, then I record the different sequences of each instrument (drums, bass, strings, brass etc... ) with my midi keyboard, then I choose/setup the sound of each instrument. All the sequences of a single instrument are in the same column. Then I add the effects and asign each one to a different pad.
Memorising what pad does what is really not the most time consuming of the full process !
