Not to mention all the crap that happens if you bother to order anything from PCH. There's been LOTS of consumer complaints about merchandise not received, being billed for things not ordered to begin with, not being able to contact whatever customer service there actually is at PCH (and then them being rude in the process)... thank GOD I've NEVER ordered anything from them.
