Well, I have to say, I wasn't really too keen on trying to see the show but after seeing your review of it (which is really the only review that I've seen or read for Xanadu) I think that I might check it out after all :D

For those of us who were in high school when this shitty movie came out HOPE to God that Broadway did spoof it because it was horrible them in ANY form. The only good thing to come out of the movie was the soundtrack which went double Platinum. I waited in line to get the Vinyl record and prayed that the movie was just as good. It fell flat and I was disappionted. But to this day I still listen to the CD of Xanadu. I can't wait until Broadway can come up with something ORIGINAL to produce!

ok, first of all, hot guy coming out of the shower...

secondly, you are DEAD ON for the show...saw it on June 16, and being a self-proclaimed Xanadude, this show did the movie and Broadway justice...

TOO CUTE! Unfortunately, I didn't see James Carpinello, the guy to play Sonny, because he had an injury, but the understudy guy was AMAZING...and he looked good in the tight shorts too...
