  • What does "Ea" mean (as in "1EaLemon")? ... Even Google can't answer that one!

    I find it supremely frustrating when cooks don't use regular terminology. If you want to cook for the "masses" then you need to use language MOST of us understand!

  • @TheColonelsKitchen " ea" is short for each.... meaning 1 each lemon or 1 lemon per recipe.
