Nutmeg is a plant extract, I don't understand how people can't comprehend that a "spice" can get you high, seeing as most hallucinogens come from plants. The hallucinogenic properties of Nutmeg are well documented, however I'd keep away from it since it gives massive paranoia and can last for more than 24 hours, and you need to eat something like 10 tablespoons anyway. Truth is, you're probably better off trying something illegal (ironically) as the psychoactive effects are more desirable.
