I use an external 80 Gb hard that connects trough USB 2.0 to IDE/SATA Cable Adapter. I have also upgreaded the Ram to 2GB 667Mhz SODIMM DDR2. I've had some video lagging problems due to his GPU. All small laptops overheat, so use a cooler pad when you can. Its a great tool to have as a netbook, easy to use and carry around everywhere. I have installed on it Ron_s_TinyXP_image_for_Aspire_­One and its working great!

Its a solid state drive chip not a normal hard drive. 16-32 GB is a lot for that type of drive.

its a Solid State disk and if you want more hard drive space, you use a Memory card! These are amazing little laptop! I cant wait till my EEE PC 1000 comes in!

What you can do with it depends on the intelligence of the user. A smart, intelligent user can do a great deal with a 4Gb 701 (w/2Gb RAM).

You can obviously do very little with it.

It does not have a CD drive but I definitely like it. It's super compact and fits on my bag. I tweaked it to XP and runs smoothly. It became my primary laptop for about 3 weeks because my stupid acer laptop git a problem on its dc board. I can say that Asus is so reliable and I even love typing on its small keyboard ^^

The ipod touch is a pos compared to this or the Nokia N810. The touch is simply a media/mp3 player with addition of browsing over wi-fi. The Nokia N810 and the AUS here do so much more. Read a little more about the differences between all the systems before you recommend shit apple products.

Depends on what you want dude. If you just want a multimedia experience with awesome features, get the touch.. The touch can also do a crapload after you jailbreak it (if you do.)
