Yeah i live there now. My neighbor plays LOUD rap music all day and night. Reporting it does NOTHING. The mexicans downstairs leave dirty diapers in the bushes (open diapers...they don't eve wrap them and they just throw them in the bushes). They also let their kids leave their toys ALL over the walkway. It's ridiculous! It's soooo gross! I am so over this place! If I could afford to move out I would! :(

can come in. When they say they've remodeled, they actually just slap some paint on the stove and cabinets...nothing is actually remodeled. There were several busts recently and when police would be here everywhere or walking around searching for people...We are moving as soon as our lease is up.

I live @ azalea park and it is pretty bad here...a lot of kids are running around all the time playing with the electric breakers (they are outside) and when u come home, your lights are out. people have to chase the kids away from them. maintainence is slow with repairs, it may take him 2 months to come to you apartment unless its an emergency. The lights go out at least once a day so you can't ever keep your alarm clock set. The electric "security" gates are always broken and anyone

Roaches & mold are serious health treats and against health code, causes respiratory ills. Roaches leave fecal matter that can be inhaled and eaten if gets on food. The sealant at the baseboard maybe trying to stop where 1000s of roaches live & travel from unit to unit. Also at that location deadly fumes like methane gas and carbon monoxide creep into unit. This is really not funny. Management do better or do not rent unit, mthly/wkly spraying isn't working. Hope it's gotten better.

OMG i used to live there. When my roommate and I got the tour, we were taken from the leasing office thru some bushes to a beautiful model. It was NICE. (didnt look at the rest of the place for some reason.) this vid is ACCURATE. Upon move in, our fridge was full of bugs and fruitflies and shit... some one was murdered in a home invasion the first week, and the gate was always broken, so they had hired security (scary ass thug types) checking everyones ID's as they entered the place.

If y'all think this is horrible, then y'all should live in the West Side of Atlanta.

This complex is in North Atlanta and I live a mile by them. Knock it if you can but north metro atlanta is a better spot to live in for better jobs when u r a undergraduate like me so it's better to deal with a bug or two than to travel 40 miles to where jobs r at in Atlanta.

U live in places like Azaela for temporary means...it motivates u to do better economically...

My only question is---Is how your kitchen/apartment in this video how you usually kept it? You had old bread sitting on the corner, lots of appliances and junk all over the place. So no wonder those roaches/critters had good hiding spaces. Im not excusing that cess pool of a pool...pun intended. But you have to be EXTRA clean in community living i.e. apartments. Bleaching your counters and sweeping and keeping as little junk out in the open as possible. Just my opinion.

I live in the complex beside you in Dunwoody Chase. What you are showing is identical to my complex. Fortunately I work for a pest control company and have kept those german roaches at bay (that's what you have). The decapitated condition mirrors mine. I knew it was what it was when I rented and rent is cheap.

The worst thing is trying to turn left on Dunwoody Place in the afternoon. It is actually death defying as we only have one entrance/exit.
