@individualParties your retarted it's called mainstream media... something you may have to look up, if palin was Obamas vice president nominee, you better believe media would've painted a different picture...
obama is a joke , all this showed how uneducated and patriotic americans are now . this guy has an onterage of celebes and slogan saying 'change' and yall bought it. I asked local o supporters what is the 'change' about, of course none had an answer bcus none knew sh!t about him. when i went to vote i never seen that many minorities before either. its sad ppl judge only what they see and go no further than what the tv shows them. Ron Paul 2012 Research Research Research Research Ron Paul 2012
Sarah Palin IS a know-nothing without a grasp of basic facts. Showing that Obama voters don't know much about Obama and Biden doesn't save Palin, lol. She's an idiot too, just as dumb as they are. Plus, it's not just Obama voters; most voters in general are know-nothings. People just organize themselves into political and ideological cults and follow the crowd with little perspective on the individual issues.
If I could get many jobs then great. If I could get one then great. I don't wanna choose something and then end up having to do something else. I don't wanna put a limit on what I can do
I get taught this in school! I have an IQ of 154. I am gonna be the president maybe someday. I wanna help make sure everybody gets fairly treated and I know that some people don't get that. I wanna make sure people have homes. I wanna make sure people have jobs. Food. Clothes. And anything else they need. We could be making ways to do this already. I am 11 and I really wanna make a difference. I don't wanna know what I wanna be when I grow up I wanna be what I can be dr and then maybe a nurse. -
i know a good chunk of conservative folks down in central fl who know nothing except that voting republican gives them a better chance of keeping their guns. ask them anything else typically gets you a blank stare..

"10 Reasons Why "Blacks" Unfortunately May Have No Choice But To Vote For Obama In 2012"
It won't be business as usual. To get my support or vote, President Obama, or any other elected Black leaders must uphold the U.S. Constitution in behalf of law abiding U.S. born descendants of slavery egregiously violated by the atrocities of government.
How you like him now... Stupid video and false in its claims. Many Obama supporters couldnt name the vice president, or even name what policies they support.
voting doesn't even matter.... did you see what happened when Al Gore won in votes? there was a recount, and magically Bush "won" we dont vote, they are all rigged by corrupt officials who are total scum bags
Who here doesnt want to raise the tax on the rich? Who here hasnt used the extended unemployement? Who here does not have a child under 25 that is now on medical insurance that was needed? Who here isnt happy the DOW is over 11K, when Obama took office it was near 6.5K?
@mduff434505 your an idiot, all those policies are going to cost us in the long run, not to mention that 11k is from the inflation from OBAMA's fed chairmen Ben Bernanke, its not real money, commodities are going through the roof, whats the point of having 100 dollars if you can only buy a fruit with it, get your economics straight dumbass
@Pwnstar57 How much has the fruit you have purchased gone up? 50% because thats how much the DOW has gone up. Bush spent much more & created much more debt. The biggest savings is the fact Obama's killed the top two terrorist is ending war in Iraq & Pakistan. He isn't perfect but deserves a lot more credit then your giving. How we forget the weapons of mass destruction, spending by Bush, the 10 years of chasing Bin Laden.
Yes, Obama is winding down the wars in Iraq and Pakistan using the EXACT SAME POLICIES that were in place when Bush left office.
In contrast, he has single handedly created more federal debt than all 43 presidents before him INCLUDING FDR's Great Society and WW2 debts (even adjusting for inflation)
And don't forget, he has literally swindled the taxpayers with more corruption and criminal behavior than any other administration in history. $BILLIONS for his political cronies!
This video should be shown on every television network. We need to remind the American people what a deceiver obama really is. How can we make this happen? This video is a must see. All Talk, No Action
It REALLY pisses me off when people try to say that Republicans are like the Democrats were in the 1800's. It doesn't work that way. You do NOT get to change the history of the political parties because the Democrat party's history is FAAAAR worse than the Republican Party's history. I've also noticed that people don't throw this argument in until AFTER they've pretty much lost. Shows how consistant Liberals are with self-description. >.>
Anybody who votes for Obama this second time around should have his/her head examined. Really hoping that someone challenges Obama for the Democratic seat, and it better not be Hillary Clinton, she's worse than Obama
@YoungTon22 because I believe his leadership skills and his skills in the area of problem solving, gained from his various jobs in business, are greatly needed. Besides, he doesn't have the politician mindset, so he will say what needs to be said even if it isn't popular or politically correct. What's most important of course is jobs so it would do him well to stick to that subject since it is his strong suit.
A far more mundane disappointment in charismatic individuals is that they sometimes reveal themselves to have been smooth-tongued empty suits without the capacity to deliver results.
What idiots. They think its all dreamy and then they're shocked to find out about the dirty things about the people they voted for. They seem to only know about the things that only make the other side look bad and not the things that make theirs look good.
if you want to maintain the status quo, dont vote for Ron Paul... If you want to do away with civil liberties and freedom, dont vote for Ron Paul.. If you want more of what you earn taken from you, dont vote for Ron Paul.. If you think the U.S should borrow money from China to fund endless wars while the American people fall further into economic slavery, dont vote for Ron Paul..
If you love PROSPERITY, FREEDOM AND LIBERTY VOTE FOR RON PAUL in 2012!!!!!
The fact that you people would pick McCain/PALIN over Obama/Biden just shows how stupid you are. I have no problem with McCain, but Sarah Palin is A FUCKING MORON! She would have been a heartbeat away from presidency if anything had happened to McCain. She has the IQ of a toilet plunger. This is the same woman that didn't even know Africa was a continent. She thought South Africa was a state in Africa the country. Republicans are brain dead.
@ptbwf Yes you're right Obama hates white people. Oh wait HIS FUCKIING MOTHER IS WHITE YOU dumbass!!! And its hard to believe someone who attended Harvard Law School graduated best in the class and became a Constitutional professor while attending college all the while with a "negative IQ"
And Biden? Lol Palin can see Russia from here house, thinks Paul Revere warned the British, thinks Africa is a country, I could go on but I'm running out of space. Lol you're an idiot, typical republitard.
OH WAIT OBAMA IS BLACK ACCORDING TO EVERY ONE OF HIS SUPPORTERS AND HE SAID HE CONSIDERED HIMSELF BLACK, NOT WHITE OR EVEN MIXED.
In other words retard, Obama is black in the context of him being a racist to whites for saying things like 'typical white person' because HE CONSIDERS HIMSELF BLACK.
When a white person is criticized and called a racist for saying ANYTHING about black people, you damn well better expect that black people will be under the SAME scrutiny.
@ptbwf I'd like to see your source on him rejecting half his heritage. Just two months ago he visited Ireland noting the Irish roots on his mother's side of the family. Last I checked Ireland was about 98% white.
Your liberal news stations ALL covered his "speech on race" where he called his own grandmother 'a typical white person', you are just so much of a failure in life that you don't about something that a lot of people in other countries know about Obama.
He did all that shit with Ireland to get RE-ELECTED, to get people to forget what his pastor said about whites multiple times, as well as his own words about white people in the last election, and in his books.
@ptbwf PLEASE provide the sources to your claims. I made a claim and provided a source. Why is that so hard for you republitards? And what does his pastor's views have to do with his own personal views? And he did that to get re-elected? LMFAO! Yeah you must get your news from Fox. Who the hell is going to remember him going to Ireland come election time? Is that really a decisive factor? Moron.
That's right, make it out to be all Obama voters are stupid, and suddenly McCain and Palin are clearly the better choice.
None of this shit matters. You know why? Because the far left and far right don't make or break elections, the middle does, and THE MIDDLE HATED OBAMA LESS THAN MCCAIN.
You people want to blame stupidity for Obama being president, well blame your own stupidity. You treated the primaries like a popularity contest, and you were punished for it. Thanks to YOU, Obama won.
McCain was the more to the middle on the politcal spectrum than Obama, the so called 'middle'(me, at that time) actually voted for McCain.
Independents(the so called 'middle') are either raging Liberals who are too stupid to figure out that the Green party and the Democrats support EVERYTHING they believe, or they are Conservatives who know just how far to the left the Republicans have gone now.
Honestly I'm Black and didn't know anything about him except that he had a wife named Michelle and had some daughters. I don't get into politics because I feel that they are all liars that promise one thing and when they get elected, they don't live up to their words. Well, I felt that since President Bush was prejudice and looked out only for rich white people, maybe if we would have a Black president, he would relate to us and give us some kind of break. Boy was I wrong. Same shit, different
@trabyjones ya,bush is a racist. that is why his administration was the most racially diverse in history and why he gave more money to help people with aids in africa than any other president.
If Obama was white with all the bagage he carried, he wouldn't have even sniffed the nomination, much less the highest office in the land. The nomination was Hillery's to lose. And boy did she. Either way we are going down. This once great nation cannot survive without an informed electorate. This shows why we have nothing close to that.
I love this game. What percent of any voters know that Republicans caused the financial crisis? (very few). So much fun. Who knows how many people believe that paying 50 cents more for gas is worse than denying a billion people of democracy (everyone who is complaining about gas prices). It's so funny?!?!?! The entire developed world is more educated than the United States and they all oppose Republican policies. Wake up.
@samugaag democrats had control of both houses of congress long before the financial crisis and did nothing to prevent it.noby did anything because everyone was making to much money at the time even though everybody couls clearly see the whole thing was a house of cards.everyone is to blame.
@cassidy99ful I don't believe democrats ever had enough seats to override a veto, but I agree something should have been done. However, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley act is commonly cited as a large contributing factor, if not the primary cause of the recession. It passed in the Senate with 55 Republicans and 1 Democrat voting "yes", and 44 Democrats voting "no". Republicans have moved past being the party of personal responsibility to just support the rich at the country's expense.
The final bill was passed by the Senate 90-8, with Bill Clinton signing 11/12/1999. Here you go. Straight from the U.S. Senate website: tinyurl . com / 5a6enn
Secondly, anyone w/any economic sense understands that Democrats pushing the creation of risky mortgages & their refusal to bring more oversight to the erroneous accounting practices of their buddies at Fannie/Freddie was the cause of the economic disaster.
Were you one of those polled in this video? Get a clue
actually the 'developed world' is dumber than the US on average.
Without Sweden, Japan, Finland and a few others, the US would STILL be on top of education if we only used white kids in the US(the kids and grandkids of the Tea Party people in a lot of cases).
England, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Greece(what most people would imagine when they think of Europe)...dumbasses in today's world
All you guys are racist. Youtube is Democrat??? OH MY FUCKING GOD? THE MEDIA IS SO CORRUPTLY CONSERVATIVE. YOU REPUBLICANS ARE FREAKING RACIST. All of these questions and answers are lies.
Are you both seriously that stupid? My god. Lincoln was in the republican party and pro slavery people were democrat, yes. During the 1912 election their political ideals switched to the modern day rep. And dem. Lincoln was a liberal, a modern day democrat, KKK and pro slavery people were modern day republicans/conservatives. JFK and MLK jr. were liberal\leftists NOT "RIGHTIES" OR CONSERVATIVES. You are both fucking idiots, you just contradicted yourself.
@C1Era Everything conservatives stand up for is what our founding fathers stood up for back in the days. Progressives and Liberals go against everything that our founding fathers believed in. I'm sorry, but the only one contradicting themselves is you.
@gamefreak1000000 Oh wow this video has a lot of idiots. Can you tell me which ones and how they were conservatives. Im pretty sure conservatives are not like our founding fathers (other than their love for slavery and hatred of blacks). HOw did I contradict myself? You idiots think Lincoln was a conservative, REPUBLICANS UNTIL1912 WERE LIBERAL. JFK and MLK were LIBERAL! HOW HAVE I CONTRADICTED MYSELF? Do you even understand what that word means?
@C1Era Yes, it means that morons like you are just too stupid to think because of the left wing media brainwashing you. You are just too stupid to take seriously, so I'm just going to ignore your existence. How about once your IQ rises to at least 120, we can speak. Geniuses like myself don't waste our time with unintelligent and worthless beings such as yourself.
@gamefreak1000000 AHAHAHHA No it dosen't you pile of shit. Calling me stupid when you define contradiction: "it means that morons like you are just too stupid to think" How ironic that some idiot internet troll calling me an idiot when 1. he doesn't know the words he uses 2. Doesn't understand that the founding fathers ideals do NOT match conservatives 3. can't even grasp the idea that lincoln/mlk/jfk were all liberals. You, sir, are the fucking moron here. All you did was insult me, no facts
Lincoln was for SHIPPING BLACK PEOPLE 'back to Africa', a pure white nationalist.
The only reason Lincoln didn't like slavery was because he wanted whites to ''pick their own damn cotton''.
Lincoln would be a RADICAL right winger today and most likely be an independent because of the obvious leftist slant that the Republicans have taken politically.
Do you not get that Liberals have DESTROYED everything the people of the past just took for granted at that time?
@ptbwf Lincoln was an anti-war, big government politician and in NO way would be considered a Conservative in today's standards. Lincoln did not ship black people back to Africa. Lincoln was in favor, before he was assassinated, of African Americans returning to Africa as to avoid turmoil. He did not intend to send blacks to Africa for the purpose of ridding America of blacks but for the purpose that blacks would not live lives of depression as second class citizens.
You don't seem to understand how Democrats(idiotically)categorize the Republican party these days, the moderates are either big govt Republicans or purely fiscally Conservative Republicans, 'the far right' consists of either purely social Conservatives or Republicans that are purely both fiscally and socially Conservative at the same time(like myself).
READ HIS DAMN QUOTES, he believed in WHITE SUPREMACY.
@C1Era Are you seriously this stupid? Tell me something, genius. If the parties "switched sides" after the election of 1912(why you picked this date is beyond me), why then were the southern Democrats , led by Al Gore Sr. , and future Speaker of the House Robert(KKK)Byrd blocking the Civil Rights Act of 1965? Really, learn some history before sounding like an uneducated prick on a public forum, k buttercup?

@dalmatian847 They did not simply 'switch sides'. The election of 1912 with Roosevelt having to turn to a 3rd party platform created the onset. Lincoln was a liberal. Every founding father was an EXTREME LIBERAL. A secular state was the most liberal thing in the western world. It is beyond me how your teachers failed you so much that you think Lincoln of the Republican party in 1860's was a CONSERVATIVE! Try and understand the complexities of the political spectrum. Understand, cupcake?
On 10/2009, a radio personality interviewing a woman waiting at Detroit’s Cobo Center applying for stimulus money.
KEN ROGULSKI: Why are you here?
WOMAN: To get some money.
ROGULSKI: What kind of money?
WOMAN: Obama money.
ROGULSKI: Where's it coming from?
WOMAN: Obama.
ROGULSKI: And where did Obama get it?
WOMAN: I don't know. His stash. I don't know where he got it from but he's giving it to us, to help us We love him That's why we voted for him. Obama! Obama!
You want to know who got Obama elected? The liberal-progressive newsmedia who fed their line of babbling bullshit to everyone and the minorities and the liberal whites ate it up like candy and went out and voted for the fool!!!
It's the liberal-progressive news media that runs this country!!!!
@mycaddigo When those morons try to start a civil war, they'll all be dead within days, and won't ever figure out how the rest of us were able to figure out who they were.
Another "Zogby Poll." UTICA, NY - Former Vice-Presidential candidate and Governor of Alaska Sarah Palin is the Person of the Year for 2010 according to a recent Zogby International survey. The poll, also names former President George W. Bush as the Person of the Decade (2000-2010).
I'm guessing these polls are just slightly slanted? No one in their right mind (other than a righty) would make these choices.
@dalmatian847 Lemme rephrase that, he's a very intelligent president. The only thing is that he doesn't have balls. He knows how to turn a recession around, but he won't because he's too much of a pussy to stand up against his Republican enemies. taxing rich, cut middle class, giving health care, spending on infrastructure are 4 good examples of growing on the economy. Obama knows but is too much of a pussy to do it.
@Migz4Prez He does? What was the unemployment rate when he took office? 7.6% I believe. What is the unemployment rate two years into his "recession beating " policies? Hovering around 10%. That's AFTER a $1 Trillion stimulus. Has his energy policies increased or decreased the price of energy? Has Obamacare increased or decreased the cost of health insurance premiums. Infrastructure? Obama himself acknowledged "there are no such things as shovel-ready jobs". You'll have to do better than that.
@Fawcks Funny you should ask! Go to the follow up video to this one called "How Obama Got Elected: New Poll Confirms Obama Voters are Uninformed". Another unbiased, third party opinion group polled Obama AND McCain voters with not so surprising results. Watch it and weep...
@DSRedBoi, no, no, no this video is NOT insulting all the Americans who voted for Obama...but rather mocking the fact that majority of people who "were on the Obama bandwagon" had no fucking clue what they were voting for much less what he stands for....how do you not know the Dems had control in 2008? wow, he was voted in for all the wrongs reasons. Being Black, being charming, ranting about "change", free heathcare for everyone(despite it's many flaws)the list goes on...
@DREwestcoast Yeah I hear ya...it's pathetic really. I was on a forum other day and this one guy admitted he voted for Obama because "he thought he was a hood" lmao whatever that means, guess he thought he was "gansta" what a dumbass...
@MKF30 massive media pumping propaganda + idiotic population = false democracy. just to think about all these ''hood niggas'' that prolly never voted in their lives helped create this madness makes me cringe..
What do Obama voters know? Simple, they know he's black, he's democrat, he plays basketball, and he's not President Bush. After that? They'll just lol like Sarah Palin and carry on with their joke they call a life.
Utterly disingenuous. Just more propaganda from the right-wing.
Here's what the vote is all about in November. If you want to abolish the minimum wage, end social security, medicaid, medicare, while cutting $100,000 tax cut checks to millionaires while figuring out how to invade another country, vote Republican. If you want to continue to serve the corporate elite, vote Repub. If you care about the middle-class and the working poor, vote Democrat.
@demmmmm1 Nonsense. We have seen the destruction liberals have caused in the last four years. Scare tactics don't work anymore. I have a hard time believing you believe them anymore, as your talking points are from 30 years ago. By the way, why didn't you bring up that the health care bill cuts $500 BILLION from Medicare? Democrats own that now. They were the 1st to cut it. 11/02/2010 the madness ends. The House is gone for sure, the Senate if the Patriots get out and vote.
@minnbassman That $500 billion is not a cut in services.
AARP says: Fact: None of the health care reform proposals being considered by Congress would cut Medicare benefits or increase your out-of-pocket costs for Medicare services. (FactCheck d org)
Did "liberals" start two unfunded wars, unfunded prescription drug program, trillions in tax breaks for millionaires, double the size of the Dept. of Education, freeze the minimum wage, block unemployment, block health care for 911 responders..?
@demmmmm1 of course a liberal would say this "govt " must have is good for you .its going to destroy this nation. small businesses are going to be driven out of business because of this shit. our premiums have been increasing since obama came out with this new health reform. so yes there are more out of pocket expenses you are either a) ignoring or b) totally brainwashed or misinformed. and yes, more liberals have been in war since world war 1 as opposed to republicans fyi!
@demmmmm1 What do Obama voters know? Simple, they know he's black, he's democrat, he plays basketball, and he's not President Bush. After that? They're no smarter than Sarah Palin and will carry on with their joke they call a life.
@ChaoticBFly Sarah Palin is a quitter and an opportunist who is devoid of original thought or any sense of allegiance to anything but her pocketbook.
There is no accepted survey you can show that tops this doozy: 39% of right-wingers surveyed thought Obama was born in Kenya or Indonesia. This is embarrassing. Europeans are having a real hoot over this stuff. We are quickly becoming a joke. Angel, O'Donnell, Paladino, Whitman....phew! Feels like we're devolving.
@demmmmm1 To simply imply that it was the "right wingers" saying that is invalid. You're associating a group with a party you clearly don't like.
Who gives a shit what the EU thinks of us? ROFL! We helped them in their recession by pumping billions in their banks, I've yet to see or even HEAR Euro's coming in for our aid. Very silly indeed. The US isn't a joke, sadly the idiots that vote are because again, they only know so much.
@ChaoticBFly It was a poll of self-identified Republicans. That was the point of the poll. They wanted to see who believed what, based on party affiliation.
@demmmmm1 Actually, since Obama has NEVER shown a REAL birth certificate, AND his own GRANDMOTHER told reporters that Obama was born in the hospital behind her, IN KENYA, and she said she was prod that her son was Kenyan, I'd say it's a viable fear.
Yes, clearly you know much about Obama. It couldn't have anything to with the fact that he is smarter than those two dumb fucks you put up. The oldest president alive who has liberal views, and a vice president that doesnt know if Africa is a continent, even her aides said they didn't want her as vice. Have you dumb fucks even looked at the opposing sides aruement ? of course not, fucking idiotic republicans
@joshua504079 So that's one-third of whites, two-thirds of hispanics, and 97% of blacks. Also, the high numbers of the young and the female. Yep. That's a lot of DUMBSHITS.
Remind me to stay away from young people, most women, a lot of Hispanics, some whites, and almost every black person because I am superior in intellect(I voted against Obama). And that's being fair...I didn't say they were less than human(although they seem to be pushing for that).
wow. here is another proof. 20% of Mc.Kain voter, voted for him because he is a war hero, or they just vote republican all the time. america: the most retarded country in the world. no im just kidding. you just dont have any idea of what true politic is.
Fuck you Republicans. Get over it. Your leadership has brought a downfall to the global economy, the Bush doctrine, and war crimes. We should put the whole administration on trial for all of these things. Everybody cried "impeach" when Clinton got a blow job. Condi, Bush, and all of them have spit in every persons face including yours. The repeated lies and misguided stories are well documented. They need to be punished for their crimes. I can't believe people are dumb enough to fall for it.
@nalani005 Right on!!! Unfortunately, and even though Republicans have vowed to end health reform, end the minimum wage, end Social Security, end Medicare, give $700billion in tax breaks for millionaires...and pretty much continue to trash the middle-class, ignorant people will still vote for them.
Multi-nationals are pouring millions into attack ads against Dems because they want to keep jobs here, and Repubs are right in bed with them.
@pseudohippie55 You're funny. You might want to study up on that $500 billion Medicare thing. That talking point doesn't really hold too much water, particularly when you consider that there's that much fraud on Medicare in some single states. The ultimate goal is to strengthen Medicare, close the doughnut hole, etc. Don't fall for the spin - look into it.
Obama would actually like Medicare for everyone. He just knew he couldn't get it.
@demmmmm1 There's $500 billion of Medicare fraud in some single states?Really? Where would those be? Would those be among the 57 states Obama campaigned in 2008?
Actually no, Obama would not like Medicare for everyone. He would like MEDICAID for everyone. Medicare is only for senior citizens, he wants to end Medicare as seniors are not exactly his base support.
@dalmatian847 I wasn't referring to over one year. There's around $60,000,000,000.00/yr in Medicare fraud. $60,000,000,000.00 x 10 yrs = $600,000,000,000.00. Lots of money. Not as much as Bush's tax cuts for rich people, but...
@demmmmm1 Yeah that's what I thought. I asked you for which single states and you respond with nonsense.Talk about your useless talking points.
Which Bush tax cuts for the rich are you referring to? The one's that Obama wanted to KEEP IN PLACE FOR MIDDLE CLASS ONLY? Interesting how that work out, isn't it?
@dalmatian847 I'm not going to do the research on specific states, but I'd guess there's fraud in most of them, particularly Florida.
And, yes. The temporary Bush tax cuts, which benefitted the rich far more than anyone else, should NOT have been extended. We can't afford it. It barely stimulates, and they don't need it. Heck, I didn't even need MY tax cut.
Obama's proposal really didn't affect anyone much until you got to close to $500k/yr and EVERYBODY got the cut up to $250,000.
@demmmmm1 Actually the Bush tax cuts stimulated 52 months of consecutive growth. In order to be "stimulative" would have required an even lower rate than current.
What is your defintion of "rich" exactly? How exactly would not extending them and therefore creating the largest single tax increase in history stimulated the economy? If you don't need YOUR tax cut, you do realize you could pay as much tax as your heart desires, the IRS will be happy to take it off your hands for you.
@dalmatian847 Yes, as middle-class wages continued to drop and the bubble was stretching to capacity, and those gains simply made up for the 2 1/2 million jobs he lost during his first couple of years.
Bush had the worst record on jobs. "Indeed, from February 2001, Bush’s first full month in office, through January 2009, his last, the economy added just 1 million jobs. By contrast, in 2010 alone, the economy added at least 1.1 million jobs."
@demmmmm1 Where is this evidence of middle class wages continuing to drop? Let me guess , it's right there with all the billions in medicare fraud that some individual states have ? See, if you're going to pull talking points out of your arse, be prepared to be called on them. What is middle class to you? A typical union worker qualify for middle class? Did union wages increase or decrease in that period of time? Unemployment under Bush AVERAGED 5% what is considered full employment. WTF?
@demmmmm1 What do you suppose the impact of NAFTA has had on the middle class wages? Yeah, that little piece of legislation Bush's fault as well? When you "qoute" something, it would be nice to reference the source of the qoute. Where are these mythical numbers coming from? Bush added 1 million jobs in 8 years?
Tell me something, why is it that the unemployment rate in 2010 INCREASED if these "at least 1.1 mill jobs were added"? Why are we still at 10% unemployment? Math challenged , are we?
@demmmmm1 Unemployment figures 2001-2008, bear in mind 5% is traditionally considered "full employment" 4.7, 5.8, 6.0, 5.5,5.1, 4.6, 4.6 ,5.8 all this under the "job-killing" Bush years.
And the unemplyment rate the last two years under Obama? Want to take a guess? 9.6%. Unemployment estimates to drop no less than 8.5% by 2012. That's 4 years of Obama economic policy and that's the best case.
BTW: Those stats provided by the U.S Department of Labor. Your stats are from where again?
@dalmatian847 Were u aware that unemployment was at 9.5% just 6 months into Obama's presidency (I note that you missed the final months of Bush's unemployment figures, but...
Are u aware that the avg family's wages dropped under Bush, while the rich got richer? Are u aware that Clinton gained 22 million jobs, while Bush barely created a mill? Obama created more than that in one year.
So, they underestimated the severity of W's mess. And GW underestimated Iraq by 10 years.
@demmmmm1 I'm sure none of that had anything to do with companies knowing what was ahead in so far as stifling regulation, forced healthcare, et al. I didn't leave out anything. Those final month's under Bush were included as that was the average for the year.
Im sorry, how many jobs were lost under Clinton's pet legislation, NAFTA? How many more jobs were lost when his repeal of Glass-Steagall led to the economic meltdown?
Again,I repeat your stats on those jobs is from what again?
@demmmmm1 And how many of those "jobs" at Pets.com were gone when the dotcom bubble burst? How many of those jobs were lost when to paraphrase Obama's spiritual leader Rev Wright " the chickens came home to roost" on 9/11. After Clinton weakened our national defenses with budget cuts and beauracracy? How many more jobs were lost in constructuon when Clinton era legislation led to the housing bubble? Yeah, that expansion of the CRA and Glass-Steagall deregulation worked wonders. Still suffering.
@dalmatian847 Clinton: more than 22 million new jobs; lowest unemployment rate in 30 years; lowest unemployment rate among women in 40 years; lowest Hispanic and African-American unemployment rate in history. The nation went from the largest budget deficits in history to the largest budget surpluses in history, while the average family's income went up more than $5,000.
He cleaned up after Reagan/Bush, and we're cleaning up after Bush II. R we out of Bushes yet?
@demmmmm1 He did? I guess so. But neutering our military capacity doesn't really count when you consider the aftermath was 9/11. What does breaking it down into catagories of sex and race have to do with anything? Typical liberal crap. You decry the lack of unity but you are the one's who seperate people by identity politics.
So tell me exactly WHAT SPECIFIC Clinton economic policies led to this? Was it the high tax rates or the fact the GOP controlled Congress?
@dalmatian847 His increased tax rate on the top 1.6% was a resounding success. Bush threw that out the window.
Sex and race means nothing to righes, but to women and other minorities, it does. This great country SHOULD be measured by the success of ALL of its citizens.
And, given that unemployment for minorities is always higher than for whitey, it is an important measure.
Please tell me, what specific policies of Clinton led to 911? Was it HE who ignored the several warnings, or GW?
@demmmmm1 Once again, identity politics. Nice of you humanists on the left to constantly break it down along gender and skin color though. Funny I thought Obama's post-racial presidency put us beyond labelling human beings , guess not.
So tell me how has unemployment improved for those non-white males under Obama as compared to under Bush? Ohh, not so good. Poverty is up since Obama came to office. What a surprise?
Let's see, failure to act against Al Queda the 4 previous pre 9/11 attacks.
@demmmmm1 I see. So the first WTC bombing, the Khobar Towers , the African Embassies and the U.S.S Cole happened because Bush ignored those previous warnings? Was it also the Bush administration that didn't reply to Sudan when it offered Bin Laden on a silver platter in the 90's? Just asking.
9/11 happened onBush's watch, but the unemployment happened on Obama's . As you accurately stated with the economy, no one starts with a clean slate. There is also overlap in foriegn policy too.
@demmmmm1 Funny , wasn't it Biden who claimed "Iraq would be one of the great achievements of the Obama administration". This after Obama and the rest of the Democrats opposed the Surge that allowed for a stabalization of Iraq? We've been in Iraq 10 yrs? Checked your math at the door again I see.
Funny how the only "achievements" of the Obama Administration(TARP, Iraq) are continuations of Bush policies, while the failures (stimulus, Korea) are all his ideas. Just a coincidence I'm sure.
@dalmatian847 The surge alone did not stabilize Iraq. And the true measure of success was the benchmarks set, which were far from accomplished. In fact, I think it was one year into the surge, and just a few of the 18 benchmarks were met.
Obama said that the surge "alone" would not work, and it did not. More troops did not create political stability there.
When I wrote 10 years, I was referring to how long we WILL be there, if not longer.
I know you want to defend GW, but Iraq was insane.
@demmmmm1 No , of course not. The Surge was inconsequential. What really turned it around was Harry Reid's pep talk "This war is lost"! Way to go, Harry.
How long have we been in Bosnia now? How about Kosovo? Did Clinton claim we would be there 10-15 years if not longer, I don't recall that being in his selling points in the mid to late 1990's, do you? Yeah, thought not.
How long have we been in Korea? Since Truman? Japan, Germany likewise? But those were "good wars" right?
@demmmmm1 And this is somehow signifigant to the discussion how exactly? Whether you support or don't support any war doesn't change anything. We don't just leave after any war, except Vietnam. The one we lost.
That leaving only cost 2,000,000 Cambodians their lives. Did you support the innocent victims of Pol Pot?
@dalmatian847 Perhaps we should reconsider going in if there's no way out. How many countries can we afford to occupy? This is one area I agree with Ron Paul on.
@demmmmm1 That's an interesting statement given the party of slavery was the Democrats, the party of the KKK was the Democrats and the party of Lincoln is the GOP.
But nice try.
Did you "teach" that kind of historical revisionism in Ariziona schools by any chance?
@dalmatian847 You know darned well that much shifting has occurred over time. I guess the simplest way to determine who is most in favor of civil rights, the rights of the poor, and minorities, is to see who is in Congress.
Repubs now have two black guys, after a 7 year dry spell, and that started when their one black guy retired.
@demmmmm1 O.K, let's play a game. Which recently deceased member of Congress was an admitted KKK member? Robert Byrd. Wanna tell the class which party Mr. Byrd caucused with until they dragged his dead body out of Congress? Whose members filibustered the Civil Rights Act of 1965? Which president said "If we get this passed, we'll have the nigger vote for the next 200 years"?
Yeah, and Republicans also had Michael Steele as their chairman for 2 years, the last black DNC chairman was who?
@demmmmm1 So how do you explain brilliant academics like Dr Thomas Sowell and Dr. Walter Williams among many others who juts happen to be conservative and black? Are they just dumb?
So how have liberal policy helped minorities , particularly blacks since The Great Society? Is poverty among blacks up or down? Out of wedlock births up or down? Abortions up or down? Black on Black crime up or down? Drug use up or down? Gov't dependence up or down?
@dalmatian847 well poverty is down and employment is up for "blacks" since the 60's.im not sure why youre concerned about abortions and out of wedlock children besides the majority of welfare recipients being single mothers no matter what color.but that would fall under the category of handouts thus repeating the same thing.drug use has always been about the same(google LEAP).a number of factors are behind all of these conclusions.they go beyond liberal policies.what are your references?
@YoungTon22 Actually, you are incorrect. We have more people on some sort of public aid now than at any time in our history. Obama has become the food stamp president . Neither poverty NOR unemployment among the black community is down since Obama came into office. What are my references? The U.S Census, the U.S Dept of Labor, The U.S Dept of Agriculture. What are your references?
@dalmatian847 actually i was very correct. you changed the subject. now you compare these issues with obama coming into office instead of "the great society" era as you initially stated. basically, youre changing your point to make it correct. somehow you went from all liberal policies to the obama presidency. you cant call me incorrect by changing the subject. but nice try.
@demmmmm1 "righties" freed slaves(President Lincoln) "righties" said "ask not what your country can do for you ask what you can do for your country" President Kennedy "righties" said "I have a dream that one day my kids might live in a country where they are judge by the content of their character and not the color of there skin" MLK Jr.
@demmmmm1 You tell me what a righty is and I should be able too tell you what happened too them. All I know as a democrat is that democrats today have gotten away from what they are, and that is "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." Today the democrat motto is "ask what your country can do for you, and depend solely on us."This is why I would change to an Independent if in my state I can cross vote in the primaries.
@BapticostalFreak Today, the Democrat motto is that we follow through on promises we’ve made to our senior citizens, rather than throw them under the bus. We help those who can’t help themselves. Yes, I favor welfare, particularly given the economic benefits. Righties go too far in the other direction, not even willing to provide health care to 911 First Responders. All while they gladly accept their “government insurance.”

Let's say the world series scores are like this: Game: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
Reds 7 5 9 1 1 1 1
Yankees 1 1 1 2 2 2 2
The Reds scored 25 runs, the Yankees scored 11 runs.
Who won the World Series?
The electoral college is in place for a reason, and specifically, that reason is to PREVENT the election from being decided by the popular vote.

mduff434505 4 months ago
@mduff434505 your an idiot, all those policies are going to cost us in the long run, not to mention that 11k is from the inflation from OBAMA's fed chairmen Ben Bernanke, its not real money, commodities are going through the roof, whats the point of having 100 dollars if you can only buy a fruit with it, get your economics straight dumbass
Pwnstar57 4 months ago
@Pwnstar57 How much has the fruit you have purchased gone up? 50% because thats how much the DOW has gone up. Bush spent much more & created much more debt. The biggest savings is the fact Obama's killed the top two terrorist is ending war in Iraq & Pakistan. He isn't perfect but deserves a lot more credit then your giving. How we forget the weapons of mass destruction, spending by Bush, the 10 years of chasing Bin Laden.
mduff434505 3 months ago
@mduff434505

You do NOT get to change the history of the political parties because the Democrat party's history is FAAAAR worse than the Republican Party's history.

Here's one of the many sources:
cbsnews.com/stories/2011/05/23/politics/main20065241.shtml
I'd also LOVE to see your source(preferably a video) on him referring to whites as "typical" anything. Or is that what you get over at fox news?
kemoblue4u 6 months ago
@kemoblue4u
LOL
Your liberal news stations ALL covered his "speech on race" where he called his own grandmother 'a typical white person', you are just so much of a failure in life that you don't about something that a lot of people in other countries know about Obama.
He did all that shit with Ireland to get RE-ELECTED, to get people to forget what his pastor said about whites multiple times, as well as his own words about white people in the last election, and in his books.
ptbwf 6 months ago 4
@ptbwf PLEASE provide the sources to your claims. I made a claim and provided a source. Why is that so hard for you republitards? And what does his pastor's views have to do with his own personal views? And he did that to get re-elected? LMFAO! Yeah you must get your news from Fox. Who the hell is going to remember him going to Ireland come election time? Is that really a decisive factor? Moron.

LoryLandskipper 8 months ago
@LoryLandskipper
McCain was the more to the middle on the politcal spectrum than Obama, the so called 'middle'(me, at that time) actually voted for McCain.
Independents(the so called 'middle') are either raging Liberals who are too stupid to figure out that the Green party and the Democrats support EVERYTHING they believe, or they are Conservatives who know just how far to the left the Republicans have gone now.
ptbwf 6 months ago
@ptbwf
Oh, you could peg where McCain was on the political spectrum? The man moved all over the place depending on who he was giving a speech to.

@cassidy99ful I don't believe democrats ever had enough seats to override a veto, but I agree something should have been done. However, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley act is commonly cited as a large contributing factor, if not the primary cause of the recession. LOL
Do you not get that Liberals have DESTROYED everything the people of the past just took for granted at that time?
ptbwf 6 months ago

I wonder if Obama is paying for Peggy Johnson's gas now that it is once again over $4 a gallon.
Remember her? She's the moocher who said that once Obama got elected he was going to pay all her bills, gas, and mortgage.
Wonder if she got any Obama money!!!!

Obama! Obama!

Migz4Prez 1 year ago
@Migz4Prez He does? What was the unemployment rate when he took office? 7.6% I believe. What is the unemployment rate two years into his "recession beating " policies? Hovering around 10%. That's AFTER a $1 Trillion stimulus. Has his energy policies increased or decreased the price of energy? Has Obamacare increased or decreased the cost of health insurance premiums. Infrastructure? Obama himself acknowledged "there are no such things as shovel-ready jobs". You'll have to do better than that.

pseudohippie55 1 year ago
@pseudohippie55 You're funny. You might want to study up on that $500 billion Medicare thing. That talking point doesn't really hold too much water, particularly when you consider that there's that much fraud on Medicare in some single states. The ultimate goal is to strengthen Medicare, close the doughnut hole, etc. Don't fall for the spin - look into it.
Obama would actually like Medicare for everyone. He just knew he couldn't get it.
demmmmm1 1 year ago
@demmmmm1 There's $500 billion of Medicare fraud in some single states?Really? Where would those be? Would those be among the 57 states Obama campaigned in 2008?
Actually no, Obama would not like Medicare for everyone. He would like MEDICAID for everyone. Medicare is only for senior citizens, he wants to end Medicare as seniors are not exactly his base support.
Welfare recipients on Medicaid are.
dalmatian847 1 year ago
@dalmatian847 I wasn't referring to over one year. There's around $60,000,000,000.00/yr in Medicare fraud. $60,000,000,000.00 x 10 yrs = $600,000,000,000.00. Lots of money. Not as much as Bush's tax cuts for rich people, but...
demmmmm1 1 year ago
@demmmmm1 Yeah that's what I thought. I asked you for which single states and you respond with nonsense.Talk about your useless talking points.
Which Bush tax cuts for the rich are you referring to? The one's that Obama wanted to KEEP IN PLACE FOR MIDDLE CLASS ONLY? Interesting how that work out, isn't it?
dalmatian847 1 year ago
@dalmatian847 I'm not going to do the research on specific states, but I'd guess there's fraud in most of them, particularly Florida.
And, yes. The temporary Bush tax cuts, which benefitted the rich far more than anyone else, should NOT have been extended. We can't afford it. It barely stimulates, and they don't need it. Heck, I didn't even need MY tax cut.
Obama's proposal really didn't affect anyone much until you got to close to $500k/yr and EVERYBODY got the cut up to $250,000.
demmmmm1 1 year ago
@demmmmm1 Actually the Bush tax cuts stimulated 52 months of consecutive growth. In order to be "stimulative" would have required an even lower rate than current.
What is your defintion of "rich" exactly? How exactly would not extending them and therefore creating the largest single tax increase in history stimulated the economy? If you don't need YOUR tax cut, you do realize you could pay as much tax as your heart desires, the IRS will be happy to take it off your hands for you.
dalmatian847 1 year ago
@dalmatian847 Yes, as middle-class wages continued to drop and the bubble was stretching to capacity, and those gains simply made up for the 2 1/2 million jobs he lost during his first couple of years.
Bush had the worst record on jobs. "Indeed, from February 2001, Bush’s first full month in office, through January 2009, his last, the economy added just 1 million jobs. By contrast, in 2010 alone, the economy added at least 1.1 million jobs."
demmmmm1 1 year ago
@demmmmm1 Where is this evidence of middle class wages continuing to drop? Let me guess , it's right there with all the billions in medicare fraud that some individual states have ? See, if you're going to pull talking points out of your arse, be prepared to be called on them. What is middle class to you? A typical union worker qualify for middle class? Did union wages increase or decrease in that period of time? Unemployment under Bush AVERAGED 5% what is considered full employment. WTF?
dalmatian847 1 year ago
@demmmmm1 What do you suppose the impact of NAFTA has had on the middle class wages? Yeah, that little piece of legislation Bush's fault as well? When you "qoute" something, it would be nice to reference the source of the qoute. Where are these mythical numbers coming from? Bush added 1 million jobs in 8 years?
Tell me something, why is it that the unemployment rate in 2010 INCREASED if these "at least 1.1 mill jobs were added"? Why are we still at 10% unemployment? Math challenged , are we?
dalmatian847 1 year ago
@demmmmm1 Unemployment figures 2001-2008, bear in mind 5% is traditionally considered "full employment" 4.7, 5.8, 6.0, 5.5,5.1, 4.6, 4.6 ,5.8 all this under the "job-killing" Bush years.
Your stats are from where again?
dalmatian847 1 year ago
@dalmatian847 Were u aware that unemployment was at 9.5% just 6 months into Obama's presidency (I note that you missed the final months of Bush's unemployment figures, but...
Are u aware that the avg family's wages dropped under Bush, while the rich got richer? Are u aware that Clinton gained 22 million jobs, while Bush barely created a mill? Obama created more than that in one year.
So, they underestimated the severity of W's mess. And GW underestimated Iraq by 10 years.
demmmmm1 1 year ago
@demmmmm1 I'm sure none of that had anything to do with companies knowing what was ahead in so far as stifling regulation, forced healthcare, et al. I didn't leave out anything. Those final month's under Bush were included as that was the average for the year.
Im sorry, how many jobs were lost under Clinton's pet legislation, NAFTA? How many more jobs were lost when his repeal of Glass-Steagall led to the economic meltdown?
Again,I repeat your stats on those jobs is from what again?
dalmatian847 1 year ago
@demmmmm1 And how many of those "jobs" at Pets.com were gone when the dotcom bubble burst? How many of those jobs were lost when to paraphrase Obama's spiritual leader Rev Wright " the chickens came home to roost" on 9/11. After Clinton weakened our national defenses with budget cuts and beauracracy? How many more jobs were lost in constructuon when Clinton era legislation led to the housing bubble? Yeah, that expansion of the CRA and Glass-Steagall deregulation worked wonders. Still suffering.
dalmatian847 1 year ago
@dalmatian847 Clinton: more than 22 million new jobs; lowest unemployment rate in 30 years; lowest unemployment rate among women in 40 years; lowest Hispanic and African-American unemployment rate in history. The nation went from the largest budget deficits in history to the largest budget surpluses in history, while the average family's income went up more than $5,000.
He cleaned up after Reagan/Bush, and we're cleaning up after Bush II. R we out of Bushes yet?
demmmmm1 1 year ago
@demmmmm1 He did? I guess so. But neutering our military capacity doesn't really count when you consider the aftermath was 9/11. What does breaking it down into catagories of sex and race have to do with anything? Typical liberal crap. You decry the lack of unity but you are the one's who seperate people by identity politics.
So tell me exactly WHAT SPECIFIC Clinton economic policies led to this? Was it the high tax rates or the fact the GOP controlled Congress?
dalmatian847 1 year ago
@dalmatian847 His increased tax rate on the top 1.6% was a resounding success. Bush threw that out the window.
Sex and race means nothing to righes, but to women and other minorities, it does. This great country SHOULD be measured by the success of ALL of its citizens.
And, given that unemployment for minorities is always higher than for whitey, it is an important measure.
Please tell me, what specific policies of Clinton led to 911? Was it HE who ignored the several warnings, or GW?
demmmmm1 1 year ago
@demmmmm1 Once again, identity politics. Nice of you humanists on the left to constantly break it down along gender and skin color though. Funny I thought Obama's post-racial presidency put us beyond labelling human beings , guess not.
So tell me how has unemployment improved for those non-white males under Obama as compared to under Bush? Ohh, not so good. Poverty is up since Obama came to office. What a surprise?
Let's see, failure to act against Al Queda the 4 previous pre 9/11 attacks.
dalmatian847 1 year ago
@demmmmm1 I see. So the first WTC bombing, the Khobar Towers , the African Embassies and the U.S.S Cole happened because Bush ignored those previous warnings? Was it also the Bush administration that didn't reply to Sudan when it offered Bin Laden on a silver platter in the 90's? Just asking.
9/11 happened onBush's watch, but the unemployment happened on Obama's . As you accurately stated with the economy, no one starts with a clean slate. There is also overlap in foriegn policy too.
dalmatian847 1 year ago
@demmmmm1 Funny , wasn't it Biden who claimed "Iraq would be one of the great achievements of the Obama administration". This after Obama and the rest of the Democrats opposed the Surge that allowed for a stabalization of Iraq? We've been in Iraq 10 yrs? Checked your math at the door again I see.
Funny how the only "achievements" of the Obama Administration(TARP, Iraq) are continuations of Bush policies, while the failures (stimulus, Korea) are all his ideas. Just a coincidence I'm sure.
dalmatian847 1 year ago
@dalmatian847 The surge alone did not stabilize Iraq. And the true measure of success was the benchmarks set, which were far from accomplished. In fact, I think it was one year into the surge, and just a few of the 18 benchmarks were met.
Obama said that the surge "alone" would not work, and it did not. More troops did not create political stability there.
When I wrote 10 years, I was referring to how long we WILL be there, if not longer.
I know you want to defend GW, but Iraq was insane.
demmmmm1 1 year ago
@demmmmm1 No , of course not. The Surge was inconsequential. What really turned it around was Harry Reid's pep talk "This war is lost"! Way to go, Harry.
How long have we been in Bosnia now? How about Kosovo? Did Clinton claim we would be there 10-15 years if not longer, I don't recall that being in his selling points in the mid to late 1990's, do you? Yeah, thought not.
How long have we been in Korea? Since Truman? Japan, Germany likewise? But those were "good wars" right?
dalmatian847 1 year ago
@dalmatian847 Have you heard me show support for any war?

dalmatian847 1 year ago 3
@dalmatian847 You know darned well that much shifting has occurred over time. I guess the simplest way to determine who is most in favor of civil rights, the rights of the poor, and minorities, is to see who is in Congress.
Repubs now have two black guys, after a 7 year dry spell, and that started when their one black guy retired.
demmmmm1 1 year ago

Wanna tell the class which party Mr. Byrd caucused with until they dragged his dead body out of Congress? Whose members filibustered the Civil Rights Act of 1965? Which president said "If we get this passed, we'll have the nigger vote for the next 200 years"?
Yeah, and Republicans also had Michael Steele as their chairman for 2 years, the last black DNC chairman was who?
dalmatian847 1 year ago
@demmmmm1 So how do you explain brilliant academics like Dr Thomas Sowell and Dr. Walter Williams among many others who juts happen to be conservative and black? Are they just dumb?
So how have liberal policy helped minorities , particularly blacks since The Great Society? Is poverty among blacks up or down? Out of wedlock births up or down? Abortions up or down? Black on Black crime up or down? Drug use up or down? Gov't dependence up or down?
Never confuse activity with accomplishment.
dalmatian847 1 year ago 9
@dalmatian847 well poverty is down and employment is up for "blacks" since the 60's.im not sure why youre concerned about abortions and out of wedlock children besides the majority of welfare recipients being single mothers no matter what color.but that would fall under the category of handouts thus repeating the same thing.drug use has always been about the same(google LEAP).a number of factors are behind all of these conclusions.they go beyond liberal policies.what are your references?

@BapticostalFreak Today, the Democrat motto is that we follow through on promises we’ve made to our senior citizens, rather than throw them under the bus. We help those who can’t help themselves.
