Plyos are great but should be kept to low reps 4-8 repetitions. The point of plyos is gaining explosive power with each rep! Hamstring, glute, low back and quad strength are all very important in running faster and jumping higher. Create a great day! -Coach T

Plyometric isometrics are great. Then you should do some stationary running and some positive negatives. And then cool down with a warm up.
