Batman Arkham Asylum is really one of The best superhero games so far,I havent played the sequel yet,but this kind of quality of game really tells you what kind of a masterpiece can be done if you put some effort in it,one example would be a Spiderman game,imagine with such graphics,story,extras, and villains that game would be a blast.

Both Arkham Asylum & Arkham City are fantastically well told stories of Batman and his villians and both deserve major praise and honour! I have a huge amount of respect for Rocksteady after both of these games were released. I've been a Batman fan since I was a kid with the animated series and the comics so these games were well expected to be amazing and they fucking blew my mind :)

It is revealing the true identity of the main character by providing another character. The films are called "Batman Begins", "The Dark Knight" and the "Dark Knight Rises", and not "Bruce Wayne Begins" , "The Billion Dollar Man" and "The Billion Dollar Man Rises".

I just LOVED the fighting moves that batman AND joker do in the challenge mode and especially the takedowns! But the bad thing was that all you have to do is press x (xbox) or square (ps3). You cant decide yourself wheter to eiter kick or punch

Damn have this game & love it, probably the best super hero game to come out. Love the graphics, gameplay, story & extras! Even Batman & Joker have the same voice characters from the cartoon which makes it better, only thing kind of bad about this game how easy it was. Riddles did take time but it was easy enough and the bosses were a joke, lol apart from that this game is tight! and i can't wait for Arkham City to come out! heading straight to gamestop, the 1st day it comes out =)

Movies don't really frighten me anymore, they're just the same cliche loud noises and things jumping out at you. The killer croc's lair sequence in this game is legitimately the scariest thing i've ever experienced in a game. This game understands what scares people. When i had to focus on being as quiet as possible, knowing that he might hear me, it really made me super-tense. When I found out that he would come out no matter what I had to balance staying quiet with wondering where he'd strike.

Both mediums have limitations. there are limitations to movies such as timeframe and limitations that video games have like the fact that they require gameplay. There Will Be Blood would never work as a game and Final Fantasy X would never work as a movie. But in terms of the amount of quality stories being told today, i'd have to agree that big-budget blockbuster games are doing better than big-budget blockbuster movies now.
