@whereiseshan End of the day they are pretty darn close. Most prefer the feel of the GP Pro Gloves over the Tech. I find the Tech to be a bit more bulky
@connet113 Yes they did look for the KTM gp pro version, they also released a repsol edition which I couldn't find a good pic, but orange GP pros do exist.
@connet113 Don't worry mate, I don´t know if it´s my monitor or my eyes but I say that those look orange, or at least for me, cause I have an A stars jacket and GP pro gloves and they are by far a darker red than that, and for me they look orange :S
@segoviano07 Both are excellent gloves IMO. First I would say go with the one you like the looks of better (remember they both rock). I will say I did get a little better feel and faster break in from the Alpinestars GP Pro if that helps. Either way you will be very satisfied
Great review, and i'm glad the gloves did their job! I will be buying these from STG in the spring. I like that Rev'it jacket in the background, what model is that? Will you be doing a video on it soon?
Thanks for the post-crash review. I own a pair of these gloves and really like them. Good feel, fit and finish. Please post up more post-crash reviews on gear.
I have the same gloves and I to have crashed in them, it also was a right hander and the gloves took a big impact and did their job very well. The only damage to the glove was to the palm impact/slider zone and wrist protection. This was my first pair of A* GP Pro's and after my crash I quickly decided they will not be my last.
whats the difference between the gp pro an the gp tech?
