Actually both fouls(Jefferson's and Najera's)were flagrant 2s. The rules have changed, and if you don't make a play on the ball and grab a face or neck... it's simple to call. But in the playoffs they shouldn't make the flagrant 2 call unless it's absolutely necessary.
