  • 2 People Are Freemason's

  • i mostly agree, but when you said "mind is like a mirror, is reflecting everything and nothing stays in", you just eliminated the theory of Education!!!

  • I appreciate your opinion but I disagree. I've controlled my thoughts by pushing out negativity and replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. I had been severely depressed since I was a young child and I was diagnosed SMI by psychiatrists but now I am rarely ever sad and when I am it's not as intense. My doctor even took me off medication. In truth that isn't all I did I also quit using drugs and controlled the things I set before my eyes (negative imagery).

  • I need another beer.

  • Nice Glad I found this video

  • I don't like this. So if a person is suffering from anxiety, they ave to live the rest of their life like that and just "let" it travel through them? I'm also judging ur appearance.

  • @Marsala2011 ....wtf???

  • Sooooooo Vegetables are the ultimate humans?

  • :D

  • Is there any evidence that tells us we have control?

  • @Zachdudeio2 Monks or anybody that uses the power of 'now'

  • but the guy in the story did a lot of work trying to control first ...thats important

  • amazing. I'm happy I found you :) I've been trying to "control myself" these days, only to realize that the more I control myself, the more of a wreck I become. Let's say I'm a party animal searching for a quiet lifestyle that only seems to get noisier. Thanks a lot! Now I know I'm not the only one with dark thoughts! :D

  • I am not sure that I like you using theta waves as background music ... it's kind of odd ...

  • When you have a severe mental disorder like I do then you have to your extreme thoughts with counter thoughts and often saying them over and over again.

  • You can't control anything. Control is an illusion. Genes, memes, and physics!

  • you can't control your mind (or environment), you can only control your reaction.

  • fuck... my...brain...

  • Breath out

  • Very good vid. Lot's of points here. I'd like to add here and experience of mine. While the mind might be able to have dozens of thoughts a minute, it can focus on only one thought and one thought only, at a time.Try to read a paragraph in a book and at the same time listen to a movie, or documentary...whatever. Can't be done. It's either the movie, or the book.So the mind can be distracted from a thought. That's how meditators do it, by concentrating on a gong sound...or whatever. Concentration.

  • cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • dude this was amazing. thank you.

  • Thank you very much, man! It's really all about calming yourself down, isn't it? Cause when you try to control, you add your emotional arousal, your tension to your already unsafisfying state and you just make things worse naturally. In the end we get to where we wanna go by letting things happen easily.

  • 3:16 ... "With great power comes with great responsibility"-Ben Parker... Hehehe spiderman

  • Your mind has no limits that you can't give it.

    -lydia

  • wow this really hit home thanks a lot man

  • thats what weed is for...like real talk

  • But when I'm listening to music i can concetrate on one thaught all the time, if the music is the right one of course ^^

  • I think I oughta revive my spontaneous teen years philosophy of "chill maaan"

  • mate, you are a modern day master thank you so much

  • This is a good video. I have tried out control of my mind. I found it isn't control, rather direction.

Its true. I can't grasp water, but I can move it around, cup my hand and pick it up to drink.

Its a very gentle thing. I can move around in it, cause waves in one direction or another. Its very enjoyable

  • this is a great video. favorited :)

  • Very interesting and insightful. I think you are right. I have noticed that there are times that the harder I try to control my mind, the harder it becomes to do so. I think we need to relax and realize that there are lots of things that go through our mind, but what matters is our response to those things. Wouldn't you say?

  • fantastic video.. so clearly put

  • Brilliant!

  • Saw your post at Journic. Thanks for sharing. :D

  • I declare this to B your B-est video yet! This is really starting to sync in!

  • @WinWinSituations thanks :)

  • I remember one time i was thinking about something and the got distracted and when I came back I couldn't think of anything to think about lol

  • this really answered my question. Thanks.

  • thanks, alot, love this video<33
