hmm mal ne vermutung hier wenn er den stift hinter tut dann hält er den ringfinger ganz steif und er hält am anfang auch lange der kleinn finger hinten vielleicht hat er am stift klebebnd oder irgendwas und damit befestigt er den stift am ringfinger XDD

If you look closely, you'll see the pen's shadow just before it goes behind the length of the arm. I think the trick is just gettig it to stay there
