I think I'm missing something too. It's my first BB, so it's a little disappointing. I'll try it for another month or so, but it seemed a little skimpy to me.

I received a message from Birchbox today saying they are out if the Pangea Organics face cream. I could have 100 birchbox points, or they can credit my account $10 dollars.

I know, and it seemed like an insult to send a stinkin string braclet to celebrate the year.

I mean, really, that was the last straw. Bad enough the box had hardly any products, but the braclet was the final thing. I emailed them today to cancel my membership.

So totally understand how you feel !

I was sooo disapointed that I did cancel my birchbox.

It seemed every month got less and less product.

For my 10 dollars & shipping I can treat myself to something I Know I will like.

This was really a crap box!!!

@dolly1740 I feel the same I canceled mine last month too , I think for the money it's a good idea but the products aren't so great that they put in the boxes and I hate that everyone gets different stuff too

They are usually pretty good about responding back to emails so I'm sure you'll have no problem getting your face cream!

The Incoco strips were in one package, but has a total of 12 strips :) I really hope they send me the face cream. Did you get your box yet?

you only received one set of the incoco? you should mention that too, all the others seem to have two. lol what are you supposed to do with 6 strips..

they better get you your facial cream, because otherwise that box is just sad--those are all just free mini samples :/

birchbox forgot an item in my box last month and they couldnt send me the missing item because they ran out so instead they refunded me the $10. i hope they refund you/send you the item.

Hii! Birchbox is awesome about their products. If you haven emailed them they will ship it to you right away no questions asked!

thats so diasappointing.. i was expecting a better one since its their anniversary.. i guess when a company gets so big and successful that their products/service gets lousy.. i think its time for me to cancel coz this is just a waste of my money really..
