Almost everyone denies the power/existence of the Holy Spirit in there life, but denying the Holy Spirit is not the unforgivable sin at all !!! the unforgivable sin is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit....According to the bible this blasphemy has to do with someone witnessing Jesus Christ performing a miracle and then attribute that power to Satan instead of the Spirit. theres two types of blaspheme.. one of them is using Gods name as a curse word, which is forgivable, and the 2nd one is dying without accepting christ which is the reason for going to hell because when you dont accept christ,it means your sins havnt been washed away.. just like going to court...Jesus bailed us out so we dont have to go to hell forever. All you need to do is admit your a sinner and ask for forgivness and your good to go..

Just so you know, denying that the Holy Spirit exists is NOT the "unforgivable sin". The Pharisees were attributing Jesus' casting out of demons to the devil. They knew the truth but "blasphemed" anyway to protect their own interests. You would have to believe in the Holy Spirit and the devil in order to even do this.
People should do a little more research before doing ridiculous stuff like this and wasting their time.

Christianity was NOT the first religion. The first religion, as far as anyone can tell, is animism. In animism spirits are considered to inhabit familiar objects in the world's landscape. But as to the first formal organized religion worshipping gods.. it was either the Chinese gods, Egyptian gods, Mesopotamians gods of the Jewish god. Most likely the Chinese gods since they are the oldest civilisation.

I understand the desire to "declare independence" from religion. I, myself, am an agnostic. But it seems like this whole Blasphemy Challenge idea is just a passive aggressive way to reject a certain denomination while rallying the troops of Free-Thought.I'm all about fighting the good fight, but shouldn't we focus our attention on enlightening and educating those minds that are encompasses by this darkness called religion rather than contesting their world view.

I don't know the exact mechanics of the universe, but there is no evidence for a fairy god. And what created the fairy god if it did exist? I would be happy to denounce the holy spirit, but as there is no holy spirit to denounce, it would be pointless to do so, same goes for god, jesus christ, heaven, hell, miracles and any other superstitious horseshit I can think of.
I might try denouncing Methalated Spirit but the difficulty with that is, it really does exist. Where does one go 'these days' to find something worth denouncing?

This guy doesnt understand the context of Mark 3:29 please read the verses before verse 29 start with Mark 3:20 to 29 the only way God would take your challenge serious is if you had seen him perform a miracle through someone who is filled with the holy spirit. athiest please read the context of the scripture, jesus was refering to people who has seen God's power i.e miracles, not just folks that SAY I DENY THE HOLY SPIRIT..lol

Actually, there are plenty of secular organizations around the globe that do plenty of humanitarian work (The American Red Cross, The United Nations Children's fund, Doctors Without Borders, etc.) but you probably just ignore them because they don't pray to an invisible man who lives in the sky.
