this video compelled me to leave a comment..... first of all i salute 'guruji'. That is reality of mine, my country and every nepalese and jus love it. Sometimes when i see vaccancy ad on london buses, i jus find it funny, they get such a huge payment to drive on so smooth roads, in contrast you can imagine what hamro guruji up there is getting to ride on a ghost
Actually, the men helping the bus are porters. They are paid porters. The "westerners" are the medical volunteers who will travel 16 hours, to go only 90 miles, on this bus to the porters villages, to provide free medical care. Some may consider this an even trade. Some may not.
Greetings from Kathmandu, Nepal! The rainy season has gone on about a week longer than it should. I've had to change our itinerary slightly to account for a huge mudslide on the road we need to take. We will have to get off one bus, walk 2km and get on another bus. In case we have any further delay, I've added another clinic day in the area near the Karing For Kids clinic.
Almost everyone of us have seen Busses carrying Passengers ...check this guys.. its just opposite..
