This is the end of the year special of the program "Gaki no Tsukai" where the 5 comedians arent supposed to laugh for 24 hours. They always have a special theme each year where in this video is the "do not laugh hospital" where the comedians are dressed up as nurses. They also have "do not laugh school", "do not laugh police station", "do not laugh airport" and so forth. If you laugh, you get your ass beat with a stick. not sure if it hurts or not, but still funny.
