@Channl0fstuff87 I highly doubt that. HAL's most popular games are Kirby and Super Smash Bros. Kirby would NOT suit the Xbox 360 and HAL's fans might desert them if they joined Microsoft, like some people are doing with Rare. HAL without Nintendo wouldn't work too well.

Actually, HAL is first party. Satoru Iwata, Presidentof Nintendo, used to be a developer and became president of HAL. No way this would've been on 360.
