Personally I find CS better since at least there I can easily find teams from my country (Finland) that have some cooperation. My advice to gamers: if you want realism/graphics, go take a walk: realism and graphics guaranteed. When you want to have fun with something simple yet flexible, fast-paced and exciting, browse through some cheap and simple games and find one of your liking.
