John - Let me preface this by saying, I am not saying this with sarcasm or intent to embarrass you. If there was a less conspicuous method of communicating (e.g. email), I would have chosen it. The .22 magnum is not used in the Biathlon nor in the small bore olympic/competition shooting sports. I compete in both (most certainly not olympic level).  I shoot Izhmash 7-4 for Biathlon and a Feinwerkbau 2700 for small bore.
