Hell, GNR were at their worst here. I don't think being a stadium band suited them at all, compare this with their early performances. Before Adler was kicked out they ruled on every single level.

Mr Alder was one of the most underated drummers ever, Sorum sucks and looks a bit like a middle aged woman!

Heck, Tommy Stinson and Richard Fortus have been in the band longer than any original GN'R member other than Axl. If you count Dizzy, he has been in the band for near 20 years. They may be different, but to me they are still GN'R.

Axl got pissed, Bumble brought out an Acoustic and Ashba brought out a guitar and amp. Axl took a megaphone. Frank played we will rock you on the drums. Axl staged a sit down protest by the band, refusing to leave, then played a bit of Paradise City over a freaking megaphone!

I think you are a little confused. Slash's autobiography says that Slash and Izzy both wrote it at Izzy's place, after complaining about being heroin addicts. Maybe you are thinking about "Think About You." Izzy wrote that before he joined Guns N' Roses. He also plays the solo on it.

It had nothing to do with the apartment Axl was born at, as he was not even present when the song was written. Also, Mr. Brownstone was not a dealer, as many believe.
