I know you used nightlife and university, how i can tell is i saw a pool table and that is only in the game if u have university.

You don't need nightlife for cars. In the sims 2 exchange they have a few cars you can download, but you don't have a garage unless u have nightlife so its pointless.

5 storey? Recently I constructed a 5x6 size, 7storey mansion, 10/11 storey tower for my telescope, a large garden, a large swimming pool, plenty of mob items, a hot air balloon, 2 garages. The result= Game crash. Solution= Demolished and downsized.

I'm not sure if that's the only way to get them but that's how I got them.

If you want it to look better, Change the Video capture to medium (in options of course) and change the sound recording from enable to disable. It will look better run smoothly, but you will have sound but you can always add it to Windows Movie Maker or something and add music.
