  • awesome catch

  • i disliked it too my bad

  • that was sick! i wanna play there! haha

  • I live in Kzoo, Ive played on that field. My little league team had a party there

  • Lol, the one dislike was me, I kinda regret doing tht now.......

  • Whered you get the fence

  • @moonwalker491 It's just standard fencing with green mesh screen attached to it with zip ties.

  • try to stop at 0:05

  • nice

  • Nice field. But you need to take advantage of all that space. So, use a solid plastic ball -- no holes -- and that would allow you to move the fences back about 50 feet, thus creating for you a bigger park, and more doubles and triples. The solid ball will carry much further, thus increasing the offensive potential in those games. Junk holey balls. Go solid, young man.

  • @huskyjerk It's wiffleball. We're the number 1 wiffle league in the country and it's kind of what we built our reputation on. Take away the holey balls and it's a different game altogether.

  • @kzoowiffle Ok....sounds good. If you are #1 then run with that ! Don't change.

  • how much did that cost u to build the field

  • thats gota hurt

  • Steve Everett is a beast of an outfielder. I personally saw him in action at the London Wiffleball Tournament in Ohio in July. He was all over the place. He's one hell of an outfielder!

  • And let the homerun/out argument begin!

  • you guys have such an awesome set up!

  • i wish i had a real wiffle ball field...

  • how did you make the fence and foul poles?

  • lol amazing catch man

  • thats a sick catch. For all that say its an out its the same thing that the pros do, they fall into foul territory and its an out

  • @wiffleboy15 So hitting a ball into foul territory is the same thing as hitting a ball for a home run??? That question was not rhetoric, and i hope you regret writing that. I just thought you should be educated on this subject...so for your information if this was an MLB game that hit would be considered a home run. Since it's just wiffleball who cares, it's just a great catch.

  • @AAMartins26 he meant the foul stands

  • @BlackStickWiffleBall I know he means the foul stands. If an MLB player jumps up and catches the ball but falls over the outfield fence, it's considered a home run, but if that players makes a catch in foul territory and falls over the fence it is an out. I knew what he meant.

  • @AAMartins26 It's not considered a home run, it's an out. : Rule 7.04 If a fielder, after having made a legal catch, should fall into a stand or into the dugout or any other out-of-play area while in possession of the ball after making a legal catch, or fall while in the dugout after making a legal catch, the ball is dead and each runner shall advance one base, without liability to be put out, from his last legally touched base at the time the fielder fell into, or in, such out-of-play area.

  • @kzoowiffle The key phrase in rule 7.04 is "after having made a legal catch". Now I highly doubt that is a legal catch considering he never established possession of the ball in fair ground. If you believe what you are saying is true *hypothetical of course* that means I can establish a two man out field with my third outfielder in the stands, and if he so happens to catch a home run than that also is an out!? The rule clearly says "after" a "legal catch" so it has to be a home run.

  • @AAMartins26 @AAMartins26 I'm not sure if you've seen our story, but we actually had a major league umpire rule this call for us. You can google Kalamazoo Wiffleball and read any of the dozens of links about it.

He clearly had possession at the top of his leap, and there were people behind the fence to vouch that he kept possession. So we're going to just go ahead and take the opinion of a 12 year professional over the opinion of a youtube commenter. Thanks.

  • @AAMartins26 And nowhere in the rule does it state that you have to establish position. The only determining factor, again according to an MLB umpire, is whether possession was maintained.

  • sick catch, whats the fence made out of?

  • great job man

  • Strange isn't it? The best part is if you search for "Amazing Homerun Rob" on YouTube, this is number 1 and 3! haha

  • i was expecting at least 100 wiffle hater comments...

  • How does a video with 23,000 views in one week only have two comments? Now that's a story!

  • Wait until you hear the story on this!!!!

  • Jesus...that was a NICE catch.
