hello. i enjoyed your video. i was in prague for most of 2010 and miss these wonderful things. i've tried to make them but every time the mixture just is really sticky and not firm enough - like mushy potato mud. if i add more flower or farina, they just get mushier. i can't roll them - do you have any tips???
