Polar bears have been around for approx 50,000 years. The Holocene Climatic Optimum occurred 4000 to 8,000 years ago. The temperatures were as much as 8 degrees centigrade higher than now (at the pole). How do you think the polar bears survived that? How do you think crude oil was formed at the poles? Take the carbon tax and the carbon offset credits you can purchase as an example.
