@0rion2309 My guess is that Candice wrote the words. Notice how when she steps on stage she is singing along (without a microphone), which wouldn't make sense if Doogie were just improvising. (Candice and Doogie both wrote lyrics on this album -- she wrote the lyrics to "Mountain King".)

you are wrong, I have the whole DVD of this concert and it was a great night...check out the video I posted of Temple Of The King from this gig, there was also a stunning 13 minute version of Ariel. This was just a little incident probably, but he recovered.

Dusseldorf was a great night, but I wouldnt say one of his best, not even close, one of the better. If we talk about this Rainbow line-up one of the best was Arizona 1997.
