  • I feel sorry for the poor SOB that bought the one where I loaded all my ex-wifes crap into. Not only was 95% of the stuff JUNK, (I did pack her vibs as conspicuously as possible, hoping her folks would help her move her stuff!), but all the boxes had no bottoms...

  • @angurisloud LOL so you were the one ;-D

  • its amazing how often the rental fee for the space is more than the value of the garbage in the unit. People are morons.

  • @DocWyoming - Yes!!! I have noticed some storage unit rentals have gone WAAAAAAAY up!

  • I notice you have a lot of videos about storage auctions - I'm curious, what do the ones that just have a bunch of vague boxes that no one can tell what is in them typically go for? It seems to me from videos I've been watching $100 is the starting bid for things like that and they go up to $200-$400 depending on bidders. I'm wondering how much money I really need to go to one of these storage auctions, as the other auctions I went to you bought tables full of stuff for $5-$15 many many times.

  • @Shintsu2 - too many variables on that one, I would have to see the unit to give you a fair assessment.

  • That Egyptian collection was awesome!

  • @partyplac3 - Yes it was, that unit paid me for months!

  • its great to see all this stuff very nice!

  • @habenod - thanks!

  • Professor: Do you take pictures off all of your finds for liability reasons? Just in case some stupid DA says you are selling hot merchandise.

  • @AA1978TUL Nope! two things have to happen before law enforcement comes on the scene 1 they need to know it is stolen 2 they need to find you!!! Never had a problem in 8 years!

  • yea right you got all that from just 1 unit

  • @anas132132 -reading is fundamental " I repeat all of these items, were won at storage unit auctions."

  • I have learned that refrigerators sell so FAST

  • @chattycassie - yea, things people need more fast!

  • It would be nice if all of the units had high quality furniture like those pictured in your video.

  • @storageauctions -dude that was a LOT of units!

  • Lots of furniture. I moved furniture for about 6 mo in my early twenties. Lots of hard work for sure.

  • @alfie008 -yes it was!

  • bunch of furniture shit. not bad. Not the coin haul like that redneck scored on 'Storage wars'. lol.

  • @Ibringthetruth1 -yep I specialized on furniture, many stayed away from it.

  • Do you use and accountant ?

  • @evil10 -yes! Taxes laws are a bitch man!

  • Glendon where's your store located? I'm down in Georgia by Atlanta often and I'd like to come by some time and take a look around.

  • @TylerCiervo -hit me up at glendon at sign urbanpackrat DOT c om

  • Professor Glendon: Is this storage auction merchandise located inside of the Thrift store that you own & operate in Atlanta ,GA.It looks like a really nice store front with some really cool storage auction finds.

  • @prettysteeve47 - that is not my spot, its one of my clients, the stuff in the warehouse was mine. I really wish I had saved all of the pictures! DAMN!!! I never thought I would ever be doing this!

  • Thanks Glendon, you have successfully increased my itch by several notches...LOL I have been doing this been doing the storage auction thing for a short time now and yes it is hard hard hard work but I must admit I am actually enjoying it.

  • @URFreakinmeout2much -be careful that itch can become an addiction! LOL I am looking for more albums,as you can see I took a lot of pictures and back in the day storage was not as cheap or free like it is now. Thanks for watching!
