the reason ps3 has bad frame rates is because the average game is not built for 1080i hd. most games have 720 and lower resolution. Since xbox knew this, microsoft added more anti-aliasing in there system in order to handle games that have lower resolutions. PS3 didn't,so ps3 plays low resolution games choppier but 1080i games, such as uncharted or God of war, fantastically and dominates xbox with that. Long story sort. Huge games for ps3, low games for xbox (MW2 is a low game in this situation)

The ATI RADEON HD3650. I'm not a big fan of ATI, but the GeForce 8400 - and 9400 are pretty bad for games, because they are mostly used for watching DVDs and high quality video, and not gaming.

Your comparing the low ends vs a high end here. The more MB memory your card has, naturally the faster and better performance you will get. Instinctively, I would go with the ATI Radeon HD 3650. Also, if you are looking in a budget then it also might be a bit more expensive then the others. I still think that the 8800 GT tops off most cards. It gives the best bang for ye buck.

far cry 2, fallout 3, doom 3, unreal tournament 3, call of duty 4 + 5, and dead space, all look and play like shit compared to the PC counterparts. Crysis will never be on consoles. The basic physics programming that takes place when the trees are being shot down would slow down the games dramatically on the Xbox 360. It WILL work better on the PS3 but no one is willing to use the troublesome code that Sony has for the PS3.

I hope your talking about counsels here. The 360's Direct x version is 9, compared to high end pc's at direct x 10. Big difference there.

PC games on directx 9 like bioshock fallout3 doom, unreal, cod 4&5 will all look VERY similar if not the same, because they run on DX 9. Far cry 2 actually requires more resources then Crysis and in my opinion looks better.

Crysis runs on DX10, instantly iliminating compitition.

But all the other games you and I mentioned above like COD 4 and 5 run on DX 9

um...not really dude...the 360 is about 80% dx9 and 20% dx10 (meaning it can do some things dx10 can only do)...and just cause a game runs on dx9 doesnt mean itll look just like the console version...ut3 looks way better on pc, same with bioshock, fallout, and the cods. far cry 2 does not require more resources (its way more optimized) and it does not look better (yes the textures are better but overall no...look at the water crysis wins flatout) and as for dx10...crysis doesnt really run on it

Xbox 360 doesnt need RAM packs. If is there something like this. CPU of Xbox is workin' as a graphic card, CPU and RAM also. PS3 i think should has problems with frame rate. Xbox is the best next-gen console and platform for Crysis. I heard about new engine, which can support minimal options on Wii. Almost imposible but... i dono how it works .

it can support Far cry 2 because FC2 is technically less demanding than crysis. (hard to believe, i know) Far Cry 2 is optimiezed and coded down for consoles just in mind, while Crysis was built for high end PC's.

IF they did want crysis running on consoles they would have to mess with the crytek engine a lot and make it playable on consoles, but it is in no way shape or form playable on the consoles in it's current state.
