  • can you make it to where you just press a key like o to open the door? Because i think that would be easier please reply.

  • Tnx dude! helped a lot :)

  • Thank you for posting this, Hamsterhill. But what about say, buttons that operate like the buzzer at the front of an apartment building, where you push the button in (like elevator buttons). Do you know of any tutorials or info that could demonstrate these types of buttons that can visibly push in. Thank you in advance!

  • I think that for things close to eachother, you would want a ray, then just have the button play an animation when you press it...

  • ok, I'll try it :) Thanks again!

  • Awesome thank you VERY much!

  • AWESOME ( I didn't know how to separate objects) THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU

  • how do you move the screen up down left and right. PLZ tell me and I will subscribe you as a thank.

  • Hold Shift and drag with the middle mouse button.

  • it wont work

  • THANK MAYJURE HELP i know how to make a health system for my player

  • lol fair enough

  • lol you know what winRAR is but you didn't know what a zip file was? :P

i would recommend 7zip... its the best one out there i recon... you can get stuff uber tiny.

  • zipping... like with WinZip ... it makes files smaller by putting them into a compressed archive...

  • blender itself is pretty tiny like less then half a gig... but if your running out of space try useing a program called "Space monger" ... it's really great for showing you what crap is taking up all your space so you can delete or zip the stuff thats taking up all your space.

  • don't give up dude... try the blender basics tutorials on blender underground... they should help you figure out how to get over the initial bump in the learning curve.

  • um i made an animation in the animation editor i have nothing else in the screen so how do i get it to play from the start

  • anyone know who to stop partly going throught the walls?

  • Thx you explain al good and I understand all of your tutorial

  • thanks man... now i feel like a super hero saveing people's lives XD.

  • I know i am always bothering you like this and so to stop coz i know i must be getting on your nerves,

where can i find the key shortcuts to the ones you use?

like for example in this video, cutting of the edge of the cube to make it thinner in total.

    thanks a lot

  • ... the bit where i select the bottom and it jumps to the middle of the screen? hold ctrl and move the mouse so it snaps to grid. you can find most of the short cuts in the blender "noob to pro" documentation. google it.

  • good tut like always :) +5
