My dad taught me that you can tell how good a mechanic is by the size of his hammer. DON'T use a hammer. If you need extra leverage, slip the end of the allen wrench into the end of a box wrench.
i saved 50 bucks cause of you, THANKS! there was issue though, idk if you mentioned it, if you put back the piston and it does work, let go some of the fluid, that'll enable to push the piston all the way back, Skel3tor1 Thanks! finished in 30 mins as a beginner! I'm also thankful for the changing oil video, with this, i'm sure you are going to have more video regards to the Rebel, therefore i subscribe to you, THANKS AGAIN!
response to bleeding your brakes...you can go to advance/auto zone and buy the "one-man brake bleeding kit" for I think 12-15 bucks. just put the hose on and the magnet on the other side, hang it high and pump the air out slow/fast or mix.
Good job" thanks for taking the time to video this. do you have info on bleeding brakes?.. i just got a bike with bad pads and No fluid in reservoir, so...any info would be appreciated.
you should find a small piece of pipe or metal tube and slip it over your allen wrench. It give a little better contol than banging on it you can feel the torque you are applying. nice vid. keep up the good work!
