There are a lot of people who are classified as overweight or obese by the BMI (which is a really poor tool to measure health), but exercise tons and eat healthily. You can't shove every person who is larger than the cookie cutter standard into the "unhealthy" box. Similarly, you can't shove every person who is slender in to the "healthy" box. I know lots of people who are overweight but have significantly better health indicators than their more slender counterparts.
