I did jui-jitsu for over 6 years and before I was taught anything physical, I was taught if someone has a gun aimed at you, you do whatever they say, and if you have the chance to run, you take that chance, only when you have no other choice, you use phyical force. I still remeber the #1 rule from years ago: "Those new Nike shows your mum just brought you are not worth your life".

There is A LOT of techniques that go into each and every single move and your body needs to be at exactly a certain angle where the force of the move is coming from theres sooo much that goes into it. No no no Aikido is a form of Aiki Jujitsu and thus uses the same principle it uses the enemies strength and reverses it by forcing the impacts and swings into a curved circular motion the locking whatever joint or limb that was reversed unless you have a few years of training then the option to break or dislocate the joint or bone becomes plausible in actuality.
