This thing is a piece of shit. I bought one from Amazon.com for $74,99. It fell apart within 3 days because the design uses PLASTIC hinge assemblies, that cracked, making for a very flimsy design. It has a rating of 30lbs, which is bullshit, because it could barely hold my Alienware M17x R2, which weighs 12.5 lbs. DOn't waste your money on this garbage.

I am in the Uk I have terrible back and shoulder pain using one laptop table that I have and I am looking for something I can use like a desk to avoid the pain I have been feeling. Isn;t LD X4 too low to be used as a desk. Thank you!

should not be $89 , very over price for 10 pieces of aluminum plastic holder. they should lower the price to $ 50 and i'll buy it. the mark up price is crazy!!! For example: the Phillips sonic care toothbrush (newest model) cost us $40 each and if you go to Target it cost $149.99 !!!

And your Phillips toothbrush tangent is really wacky-I actually laughed when I read it. Price the components of this stand separately-the aluminum, the machining, extruding, forming, molding, the nice detented angle adjustments, add the manufacturing steps and make it for $89? The price is reasonable.
